Injection site reaction
I just started my first bottle of GLP-2 T. I've had a roughly 2-inch red, swollen, tender area after each of my three injections. I have given all three in different areas of my leg, and different legs. It isn't hot, I have no other symptoms, and it starts improving after about 3 days. Is this normal and is there anything I can do to keep it from happening?

this is what it says online: A 2‑inch red, swollen, tender area after a tripeptide shot can be a normal but relatively large local reaction, especially if it resolves within 1–3 days and has no other symptoms. However, because it’s at the upper size limit for typical reactions, it’s best to monitor it closely and seek medical advice if it worsens, spreads, or shows signs of infection. It does say this also so maybe you should start doing it in your abs: Abdomen — the most reliable for consistent absorption and easiest for self‑injection. Stay ≥2 inches from the belly button. Hope this helps!
Reconstitution solution
Can I keep the remainder for next use? If so, would you put it in the refrigerator?

Hi! The solution should be stored in the fridge as soon as you get it. Once it is opened you should throw it away after 30 days and keep it in the fridge.

Hi Julia! I just asked my daughter who is a pharmacist and I was wrong. You don't need to put water solution in fridge but it is only good for 30 days after opening. Once it is mixed though you do need to store in fridge. Hope this helps.
Shelf life of refrigerated GLP-2/Tirze after reconstitution.
I am currently using 2.5 mg weekly and purchased a 30 mg vial. However, I read here that once reconstituted, it is only recommended to be used for up to 60 days when refrigerated. At my current dose, the 30 mg vial would last about 90 days. For those with more experience, would you recommend purchasing a smaller vial instead? Or have you successfully used a reconstituted vial beyond 60 days while keeping it refrigerated? Thank you!

You should be going up in dosage every 2 to 4 weeks. After 2.5 it goes up to 5 then, 7.5, 10, and then I think 12.5 and then 15. If you are feeling good on 2.5 without any bad symptoms I would bump up to 5 and then after 2 weeks if feeling good bump up to next and so on. This week help use the 30mg bottle up faster.
