It's Thursday, and I want everyone to thrive! Let's start by teaching each other some valuable lessons we learned. I'll start. What would I tell my younger self? KNOW YOUR WORTH! I suffer somewhat from "Imposter Syndrome." People compliment me, and I get embarrassed or uncomfortable. I have always questioned whether what I create is "good enough" (even when others tell me it was great). So I guess my real advice would be that when someone tells you that you do good work — believe them! Trusting more in myself would have made me a better thought leader (I'm trusting myself now.) What would YOU tell your younger self?

What are some of your best Time Management tips? Me? I set alarms for everything so that I'm not late. Got a meeting? Set an alarm for 5 or 10 minutes before, depending upon if I need to prepare. Got an appointment? Add it to the calendar so that a reminder pops up when you need it. Need to reinforce routine? Set alarms for the things you're trying to set a habit for. Do you hyperfocus? Set an alarm to set boundaries for your work time and effort. For many of my alarms, I set them to go off on my Apple Watch so that I get the haptic interruption on my wrist. That gets my attention. Happy Father’s Day to all who have earned the title: Father, Dad, Papa, Pop, Da, or whatever name you’re given. That includes Steps and anyone serving as a father figure. Let’s celebrate our Grandparents and the Greats as well! You are loved and appreciated, and this is your day. We’re celebrating ours with the movers who are packing up our house. We’ve sent our dog, Ziggy, to spend the day with his favorite sitter so that he can be safe and calm. Me? I’m taking a short break to say hello and wish you all happy - while snuggling with my super soft, fluffy pillow. I love the heart shape because the v fits right into the crook of my arm and makes it comfortable to hug.
