Every time you swallow what you really want to say… Every time you make yourself smaller to keep someone else comfortable… Every time you KNOW something but hesitate to speak because you don’t want to be labeled “difficult”… There can be a cost. Opportunities you don’t pursue. Money you don’t negotiate for. Relationships where the real you never shows up. Stress from constantly holding everything in. Your voice was never meant to live permanently inside your head.

As a woman of 48, I’ve decided to set boundaries and live for myself! I love too freely, have rose color goggles. It’s caused me a lot of heartache. The Good Lord explained to me, “My unconditional love is so powerful. These people who use an abuse; me have never felt that kind of Love. That is why my child, You are so strong to give it.” I have always loved to write. I’m not a trained writer. I was always called a cliché writer in my writing classes.. I’m an avid reader so I hope that will help me be a better writer. I’m here to learn how to write right… I will write a book about my family bussiness. Also, a book called Surviving narcissistic parents, a mother who despises me. Oh wow that was powerful! I’ve never told anybody this.
