Nature analogies help me so much in life. When I’m going through a transition or a new season I remember that we need the winter as much as the summer. I started getting the visual today of how I’m feeling life looks like right now, like the water coming up to shore and washing away what’s there. I was in a season of what felt like barren land that was very calm and peaceful and now I’m feeling the ocean water coming up to shore and washing away past identities all of the time and how it never ends.

Just thinking today about being more transparent, and how crazy is it that this generation because of AI in a lot of ways is even more so craving authentic connection, and what does that look like? We come into this life with a Foundation that will never change. Our essence, although formless, has unchanging and unique qualities. We grow up with our parents interior design around us. It shaped us. But at some point who we've been no longer fits somehow. We have to change. Or we are forced to by circumstance. And then what? It's Rebuilding. What does it look like now? What do I want it to look like? What do I have to remove to clear it? What am I going to intentionally bring in?
