I just did day 1 of this series. Definitely great and looking forward to tomorrow. I have been through a month of great disregulation. and as I have come out of it, I picture myself on a balance board going from one side, then to the other, discombobulated although progressively less. ( the 3 day workshop, esp the breathwork session on day 2, helped sooo much!) Today at the end of the session, I saw myself balanced on the balance board. Big change!!! So looking to tomorrow !
