@Samer Sabbagh (VIP member) and I have been working together for about 6 months but more seriously just these past three months. He just closed an $8,000 contract to build this law firm a new CRM alongside a $4,500 deal with a restoration company to build an estimation tool. All built with Claude Code! And we all know you can build cool shit with Claude that works, but how do you sell it? Him and I have spent a lot of time on the sales side of things, to really lock these deals in, $12,500 in agency deals since starting with me. Just referral deals too! He put the hard work in, I gotta give him all the credit! But it all stems for articulating your value proposition clearly and plainly in a simple 2-3 sentence line. "I run a consulting agency saves business owners time by building systems that solve their biggest revenue bottlenecks" Let the conversation go from their, identify their pain, and quantify the pain in $'s. Then read it all back, this is your problem X, and you're spending 5 hours every week on that problem. Your hourly rate is approximately $1,000/hr, so you're spending $20,000 worth of your time on that problem every month. Your annual opportunity cost is $240,000, and I will build you a system to solve that for $10,000 one time. Clear pain, clear quantification of the pain, and a clear path for them to see to solve this problem. Sales is simple once you got the reps in! Let me know if this has helped you!
