Me again! Sorry for all the questions... I just did a bit of a test order - my partner ordered one of my posters and it looks pretty good but it is ever so slightly pixelated. Not obviously and I did try to get a photo but it barely shows so it's very minor but I did wonder if I didn't download it as high enough quality. I make my posters in canva and download as PNG. I don't download as the highest quality as I think you need to pay for that? How is everyone else downloading theirs? He also did notice that there was a faint vertical line running down the page so perhaps I need to raise this with PrintShrimp. Tricky customer 😂🙄 Also, I put museum grade paper on my listing as that is what was on the classroom videos but my partner says he doesn't think it is. He was expecting it to be matte but I selected satin. Is there a way to let customers choose what type of finish it is? Perhaps I ought to add satin print to the listing... And another questions - can I make some landscape posters? I can't see why not but just didn't see any in the examples so maybe I'm missing something!
