You're Not Built to Do This Alone I used to look at super successful people and see them as gifted individuals who stood out from the pack. When I got closer to some of them, I realised they were really good at gathering talent and genius around them. A lot of their results came from the team they'd built, not just their own individual skill. It's hard to do this by yourself. Sometimes you're not motivated, sometimes the ideas aren't flowing, sometimes you're just stuck in a funk. That doesn't mean you're destined to fail as an entrepreneur. Sometimes you're just dysregulated, or you need more social support. We're not really built to do this solo. What that looks like in practice I'm not even shooting this course by myself. I've got people behind the scenes feeding me lines, giving me good energy, sense checking what we're doing. There's a technical support side, but maybe more importantly there's a nervous system piece. If you consider yourself neurodivergent, look into body doubling: working alongside other people to help you start, maintain, and finish, just by having someone around keeping you accountable. Most of us create better with people around us. On my own I can shoot, edit and upload one video a day. Working with others, I can knock out five or six. How to apply it You don't need to hire staff or build a production team. Just find a way to involve one other person in your creative process. That could be in person, on a body doubling Zoom call, or simply having someone hold the camera while you shoot. If you find someone you work well with, book one day a week to create content together. If you're still stuck on what to actually create, go back to your week one journaling and bring some of those ideas into the session. What's next Let us know below where and how you're going to find someone to body double with. If you're also looking for a co-working buddy, start a thread in the comments.

Love this and all for it. I work better with people than on my own. I have been screwed over with collabs in the past which has been frustrating. Woullovedoulloved Would love an accountability buddy and a person to work together with ! BTW I'm really struggling with putting comments in skool, it plays up 🤪 anyone else ?

11/21 - SHADOW WORK
The part of you that can make your best content is probably hidden in your shadows. We all carry a picture of who we're allowed to be, shaped by our parents, our schooling, and the culture we grew up in. Some parts of us were socially acceptable and got rewarded. Other parts didn't. But all of them are still part of who we are. What to look at What parts of you got banished for being too much or not enough? Where did you receive disapproval, or get shut down? One of the most powerful forms of shadow work is revealing those parts and being witnessed in the revealing. Doing this reclaims power and life force, and that's gold for your content. How to apply it Choose an archetype that's living in your shadows and bring it to the front. Who are they? What do they want to say? What would happen if you stepped into this character, made a 60 or 90 second video, and posted it on the internet? What's next Do it, and report back in the comments. We want to see these shadows.

I'm struggling with this , I can't seem work out the archtypes and how to apply it . I semi think my opinated , direct , the part of me that wants to call shit out . Maybe that's where the resistance is . I'm just struggling to find others, I know they are there, however they are hiding extremely well 😅
2/21 DAY 2 - JOURNALLING
Journal Prompts: Finding Your Wellspring Why this matters These four prompts are going to give you a wellspring to draw from. Real richness, real ideas, the stuff that ends up feeding your videos, your writing, your branding. This is how you tap into your creativity at a deeper level. Before you start, move your body. Dance, shake, hit the gym, whatever gets you online and connected. There's a playlist below and in the resources if you need inspiration. Then sit with each prompt, feel into it, and free associate. It doesn't need to make perfect sense. You're tapping into your unconscious to find out what's actually going on in there. The four prompts: 1. What's the thing you really want to see happen in this life? For me it's helping people who feel like outsiders, like the world wasn't built for them, find their power and make an impact. 2. Who do you care about and really want to help? I call mine autistic mystics: spiritual entrepreneurs, passionate creatives, quirky magical weirdos who want to make a difference. Probably people like you. 3. What's a big life challenge you've overcome? You don't need to talk about it in every piece of content, but knowing it will help you form your origin story. Usually our wounds are what lead us to our purpose. 4. What are your creative and aesthetic influences? The music, movies, books, fashion that shaped who you are, and how that flows forward into your brand and your world-building. Remember the story from the first video, the grandma's lounge room, knowing the exact colour of the cushions. If we're building a world, we want as much aesthetic richness as we can draw on, so that world actually reflects our uniqueness. What's next Move your body first. Then sit with these four prompts and free associate on each one. Don't edit yourself. Just see what comes up. 1. What do you want to see happen in this world? I want to see a world where authenticity, love, and acceptance are the norm, and where people feel empowered to stand in their truth and create positive change. 2. Who do you care about? I care about the misfits, the people who are different, unique, and have always felt misunderstood or like they don't belong. The big-hearted people who are here to be themselves and make a positive difference in the world. 3. What have been your biggest life challenges? My biggest struggles have been anxiety, feeling different, feeling misunderstood, and like I didn't belong, navigating alcohol abuse, accepting my sexuality and sensuality, and learning to embrace my sensitivity, my gifts, and who I truly am. 4. What are your creative and aesthetic influences?what has shaped me ?
