This community has become a motivating pillar focus on self care and looking at others achievements. Setting examples of others and learning new ways to align with the impact one self pillar focus factos by checking in with water or daily drops and how we learn on equipment wise. What I like so far is that set challenges , discipline and consistency for one’s self. That’s what shows in the community by explaining the why , how and failures to be able learn from coches alternative perspectives.
