@Sherri Hall Goering we were buying a house we loved and the inspection showed an issue with the foundation. My husband said that is the one thing he couldn’t fix. We both told each other at the same time…we have to pull our offer and get out of this. So we walked away from it…with our house already sold and trusting we would find something. Long story…but the people buying our house…their agent told us about a house she thought she had sold…but the buyer’s financing fell through so she was relisting it and wanted to know if we wanted to see it. We bought it. In an area we had not even considered! We LOVE where we live and we can’t imagine being this happy with the first location and house!!! And the people that bought our house…they came to our house without an appointment and I let them in anyways. (Probably not the safest thing to do) They were actually at the wrong house…their agent was waiting for them up the street. They weren’t even planning to look at ours because of price. They ended up buying my house! We feel so protected in how things turned out!

@Sherri Hall Goering Casey’s sister and I are the same age and we met in elementary school. I had her sister’s kids in my daycare! Casey is the same age as my sister. So we all grew up together…our parents are friends!
