What was the one task
Hey everyone, just joined. Quick question for the group: For those of you who've built systems that actually freed up your time, What was the ONE task you wish you'd outsourced or automated sooner?

Had a great meeting with friends who are business owners. I realized while meeting with them at I was literally writing my business plan as we spoke. My only regret is not recording it then. However, when I got home I immediately used wispr flow to voice note it into claude and now I have a 4 phase plan for my new business. And the best part - it's what I love doing and they loved it too because it will help them to grow and scale. A casual breakfast conversation helped me to map out my new business something I'd been struggling with for months. And claude's ai turned it into a working document I can use to turn this dream into reality. Not to put into action :)

Day 9/10: The Community Code
Frameworks without culture are useless. Tools without trust are wasted. Thatโ€™s why 3X Freedom runs on a code. Hereโ€™s how this community works: 1. Your problems are our problems. Donโ€™t suffer in silence. If youโ€™re stuck, you post it. Chances are, someone here has already been through it and can shorten your learning curve. Remember: Good questions are a GIFT! Speaking of giftsโ€ฆ 2. Your gifts are our gifts. This isnโ€™t a stage for gurus, itโ€™s a roundtable of founders. If youโ€™ve figured something out, you share it. If youโ€™ve built a system, you drop it. If youโ€™ve learned a painful lesson, you warn the tribe. 3. Share everything. - Share your wins, so we can celebrate with you. - Share your struggles, so we can lift you up. - Share your progress, so others can follow in your footsteps. The 5 Levels of Problem Solving I need yโ€™allโ€™s help with this one. Thereโ€™s a delicate balance Iโ€™m trying to strike and Iโ€™m not entirely sure how to do it: - I want people to feel safe and comfortable sharing their problems and shortcomings with the group.ย  - I donโ€™t want people to simply bellyflop their problems into our collective laps and stare up blankly waiting for us to โ€œfix themโ€.ย  Hereโ€™s a great framework by Edwin Jansen that I absolutely love called โ€œThe 5 Levels of Problem Solvingโ€: - Level 1: The individual doesn't recognize the problem and doesn't know how to solve it. - Level 2: The individual can identify the problem but doesn't know the solution. - Level 3: The individual recognizes the problem and has considered multiple solutions, but is unsure which to choose. - Level 4: The individual identifies the problem, has multiple solutions, and proposes one. - Level 5: The individual has already encountered a problem, found a solution, and acted on it, and now reports the resolution post-action. When you ask for help, donโ€™t show up like a beginner with your hand raised. Show up like a problem-solver who hit a wall. The goal is to be at a minimum of Level 3:

My gift - Iโ€™m a total spreadsheet nerd and although I'm not a bookkeeper, accountant or CPA, I believe data is dope and what gets measured gets managed. After 14 years in IRS Collections (yes, the one who came to seize assets with the Marshals ๐Ÿ˜…), I learned that most businesses fail because they donโ€™t know their numbers. Now Iโ€™m building Freedom Metrics to help entrepreneurs stay ahead of that curve โ€” with KPIs, cashflow, and profit clarity that actually lead to freedom.

Day 8/10: A Taste of the Frameworks
Talk is cheap, letโ€™s get concrete. Hereโ€™s a handful of the Freedom Frameworks weโ€™ll be rolling out: The Corridor Principle Where do I start? This is probably the question newbies ask the most. The Corridor Principle is a framework that is massively helpful for soon-to-be entrepreneurs and veterans alike. Because opportunities donโ€™t show up until youโ€™re already in motion. The Hourglass of Niching โ€œThe riches are in the nichesโ€. Sure, but how do you choose the right niche? This framework shows you how to: - Start broad. - Narrow down to the profitable core. - Then expand again once youโ€™ve nailed the niche. Result? Focused, high-margin growth. The Buy Box Entrepreneurs drown in decisions. The Buy Box is a system for making big choices fast: acquisitions, partnerships, pivots. Define your non-negotiables โ†’ score your options โ†’ eliminate the noise. No more analysis paralysis. Soccer Ball Delegation Ever feel like youโ€™re micromanaging 27 little tasks? Soccer Ball Delegation fixes that. Instead of telling your team every step, you give them the โ€œballโ€ (the desired outcome) and let them figure out how to score. Ownership replaces overwhelm. โธป Building a Second Brain Affectionately borrowed from the bestselling book by Tiago Forteโ€ฆ Your brain is for creation, not storage. This framework helps you: - Capture knowledge. - Organize it. - Retrieve it when you need it. No more lost ideas, dropped tasks, or scattered notes. And thatโ€™s just scratching the surface. Iโ€™ve got frameworks lined up for: - Marketing systems - Operations - Delegation - Acquisitions - Mindset habits - Tech & AI adoption - Even frameworks for building your EXIT strategy This isnโ€™t theory. These are the recipes Iโ€™ve used to build, scale, and exit multi-million dollar businesses, packaged so you can pick them up and run with them. Now itโ€™s your turn: ๐Ÿ‘‰ What frameworks do you want me to create? Drop your requests in the comments. The most requested topics will get moved to the top of the pipeline.

Thank you for this! - Love the idea of building EXIT strategy - starting with the end in mind - Tech & AI adoption - love the second brain and always want to utilize AI/Tech - Delegation & Operations & Marketing - I would love to get better at these I really love data & numbers "data is dope" and I truly believe "what gets measured, gets managed". I am just in the beginning stages of setting up my new business "Freedom Metrics" but if there is interest and it's approved, I would be happy to help others around KPIs (key performance indicators) and knowing their profitability numbers (gross/net) etc. Essentially, your Freedom Metrics. My prior career was with IRS Collections for 14 years in multiple different roles. When I started with them I was the one who came to your home or business and seized assets - I even did evictions with the US Marshals and wore a bullet proof vest. Throughout my career I only saw the businesses who failed so when I started my own brick and mortar fitness studio I was obsessed with metrics - especially around profitability and cashflow. I can't stress enough how important it is to not just be a great operator but to know your numbers and be proactive about it. I'm not a bookkeeper, accountant or CPA and have no desire to do that. To me those are all reactive. I want to help others be proactive - forecasting, cashflow, profit margins (gross & net), income and expenses. I highly recommend Mike Michalowicz's book "Profit First" for ALL business owners. If I knew of this when I was doing door to door collections I could have helped so many more businesses. It's such a simple concept but it's so smart. Anyhow, if this is of any interest I'm happy to help.
