How old would you be, if you didn’t know how old you were?
I’m 24. At 24 I was living in California working for Patagonia. I was falling asleep on the beach on Sundays after Mimosa brunches with friends. I was skiing Mammoth mountain, rock climbing with my roommates, and dancing until the bars closed. I still love the memories of few responsibilities and doing things I loved whenever I wanted to do them. I then got into marriage and life and kids and growing up. Now- I still think of that unbridled freedom. Not sad for the 30 years since, but recognizing that girl is still in here. She just likes to be in bed by 9 now. How about you?

My perspective is not from a particular past time in my life that felt magical, but rather looking inward today. Today, my spirit is 8-10 years old. I'm eternally curious, playful, hopeful, and always on the lookout for my next BIG adventure. I lose myself and time stands still when I hike in the Pyrenees, swim in the Mediterranean or just sit in the sun and notice the clouds roll by. One thought plays in my mind each morning, "What will today bring?" *Side Note* As Joel's wife, I think that he is eternally 12.😂 He's had the same jokes since 6th grade.
