Hi! New here and trying to figure out what the best platform or AI website builder is the best to use to create these generic sites for small businesses and find leads? Thanks!

Eight months ago this group was an IDEA, an experiment. Just me, an empty feed, and a CONVICTION that rank and rent was not only "not dead", but has become easier than ever! The strategies just needed to evolve for how search actually works today in the AI age. AI has made some things harder, but it's made far MORE things so much easier, cheaper and faster, and overall that's an IMPROVEMENT. Lead Gen is NOT saturated...by ANY means. There are literally millions of opportunities with the right tools and process. Today there are 5,000+ of you in here. - I've watched people in this group answer each other's questions and support each other. - I've watched people rank their very first sites ever - I've watched people who have never built a site build a $10k/mo business. That's the part I didn't plan for and it's the part I'm actually grateful for. I've also learned that PPL can in fact be VERY profitable, if done the way we teach! Ya I used to hate it, but that's changing VERY fast. So here's what I'm doing to show my appreciation for everyone. Thursday, August 27 at 11am MT. I'm building a lease asset live, and I'm not picking the niche or city. You will, live on the session! I'll pick one, publicly while we are live. Then I build it in front of you, start to finish: keyword research, clustering, the site, the content, schema, all of it. No slides. No deck. No pitch. I'm building it in our upcoming Xagio Studio, which most of you haven't seen yet... And whoever's niche gets picked keeps the lease asset! I normally charge $1297 to build these for people, but I'm going to give it away for free. The Zoom session will be Free. Every member. No upgrade needed, and one lucky person will walk away with a site built by me and my team, hosting included on the Xagio platform.
