What is the Best Rep Range?
After travelling to many countries and conversing with people in many parts of the world, I have heard many people worldwide have different opinions on the best rep range. Some prefer low. Some prefer moderate. Some prefer high. What is the best rep range when you work out?

The best rep range depends on your goals—low reps for strength, moderate for muscle growth, and high for endurance.

Should I Read?
I am 20 years old, currently traveling the Europe and have read many books in my life. As someone who already has a decent understanding of many things, yet still has much to learn, I would like to know what you think I should read or consume information in a different format. I will tell you what I think. I think that if you have way too much time on your hands, reading is nice. This is because it slows everything down and you can digest every single word. This allows for your brain to develop a very vivid and clear image of what you are trying to absorb. You will not forget what you read the next day. When you consume information on your device with short form content like TikTok, you may learn faster, but you will also forget faster. I feel as though it depends on the goal. If you are quickly trying to find an immediate answer on something, reading a book is not your best bet. Asking something like ChatGPT would be. But if you wanted to know the entire history of the Second World War, you are better off reading a book. This is due to the fact that if someone went through the efforts of making in a physical book, it has likely been thought through with effort. Not only that but proof read by many other professionals in the same field. Reading vs. Searching things up is almost like carbs, lol… The only time you should use the web so that it is a tool and not a hindrance is if you are out in the world and need to access information fast. Simple carbs, in the form of sugar are the same. Athletes consume Gatorade or other forms of pure sugar to get fast energy due to the immediate demand. Brainrotters who sit on their devices all day eat these simple carbs/ simple information all day and become brain obese. Polysaccharides, another word for complex carbs, is like complex information. This complex information, as explained earlier comes from books. It is far better for you in most cases. What do you think, should you read?

🏆 MARCH WINNERS 🏆
First of all, I have to say congratulations to these guys. I am honestly so proud of you guys. If you guys check their accounts, you will see a graph that shows their consistency. This consistency is the foundation of them building their good habits of working out, eating well, and so forth. #1 is @Adonis Argentino 🔥🔥🔥 Super chill guy but insane work ethic from, his name is actually Bautista Fernandez. The support he gives others, including myself is amazing. I jumped in call with him on more than one occasion, built him a fully customized program, gave him the photo tracker for his meals, and told him what to adjust in his diet to get shredded. #2 is @Yonatan Zamler 🔥🔥 Appreciated the fact that you called people out for not following the plan correctly. It helped us a lot! We also hopped in some calls where we did the exact same process. I ensured that he had a plan structured for his needs as a new lifter in the gym. For the meals, I told him to increase the carbs, due to having a different goal of bulking! #3 is @Thor Yanish 🔥 And victor, this basketball player was a bit sceptical of my simple approach at first, haha. Because he was following a different plan that looked great but the problem was the fact that his current plan was too complicated and not personalized to his current needs and wants. We ensured to create a plan that prioritized his needs of gaining arm size, height for his vertical jump, and to make sure he was eating more by writing out what he had and keeping track of his weight. 🪪 Then we have the wild card spot #4 is @Sparsh Bhimte ⚡️ He picked up the pace and showed everyone what a great week looks like at the end of March. Posting guides, posing questions in every post, and updating us on his progress whether it be little workouts or even Yoga! ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 Again, thank you to the winners. You guys, and the rest of you who are striving to win in the upcoming month are why this community exists.

Congrats to all the winners! 🎉🔥 You guys have seriously put in the work, and it’s inspiring to see the consistency and dedication. I’m especially impressed by how you’ve all been so involved in the community—helping others, adjusting plans, and pushing through challenges. Shoutout to @Adonis Argentino for that insane work ethic, @Yonatan Zamler for holding people accountable, @Victor Yanish for trusting the process, and @Sparsh Bhimte for absolutely crushing it at the end of March. 🔥💯 It’s clear that this community is all about support, growth, and real results. Can't wait to see who grabs that final spot! Voting for [insert name here]! 👏 Let’s keep pushing to reach new heights this month.

⚡️🔥Weekly Winners!🔥⚡️
1. @Thor Yanish 2. @Sparsh Bhimte 3. @Adonis Argentino Proud to see you guys holding down the fort at the top for another week. Have patience for the long term results, but urgency for the short term habits. I like updating you guys on who’s currently pulling ahead right now. Seeing the same guys win week after week really builds my respect. Many people talk about how they will be consistent. They tell you they will do x,y, and z… But then, when it really comes down to doing the hard work especially when they don’t feel like it, they fold. If you want to gain muscle, to stop being in the same old rut of not achieving your goal, would simply be to make your first post. It’s very easy. This community thrives off of you sharing your current productivity habit. Want to gain muscle? Maybe share your workouts. Want to lose fat? Document your meals. Want to build endurance? Time your runs. You can be super detailed or very vague with your habit documentation. In my personal experience, starting simple is better. This allows for you to start. Then build upon that habit over time. Why document your habits here, not anywhere else? Because we have a built in feature to the community that allows for you to gain points when you post. You can’t cheat the game because anything that appears to be spam will be removed and your account will be banned after I see a trend. The top three guys of every week get shoutouts for recognition and bragging rights. The top three guys of every month win access to the inner circle and a sophisticated personal training program. Who’s gonna bump the high achievers of last month out of the podium for this month? (Let’s see if any of you can)
