For Taco Bout Your Book Tuesday, I thought I’d share one of my newer projects: Ready & Able: A Leadership Fable in Three Parts This book explores leadership through story rather than instruction. Instead of presenting another list of leadership principles, Ready & Able follows people as they make decisions, face consequences, and discover that being ready for responsibility and being able to carry it are not always the same thing. It was also an unusual creative project for me because I developed it in close collaboration with Quill, my AI creative partner. The story remained guided by human judgment, revision, and intent, but the collaboration became part of the creative process itself. That made the book interesting to write on two levels: as a leadership fable, and as an experiment in what can happen when human experience and AI-assisted conversation work together. @Lara Knutzen I'm pleased with Jeff's progress. Remember, this is a Christmas present. Who knows, Christmas may come early. Thanksgiving is coming up.

@Paul Chenoweth There are too many. Lol. Here is one of my favorites: https://pendragon-english-language.jelcik.chatgpt.site/

The Years We Borrowed — A Mythic Novella in Movements I'm delighted to introduce my latest book. What happens when humanity discovers that time isn't something we own, but something we've borrowed? This philosophical novella explores that question through myth, humor, negotiation, and a rather opinionated cat. I'm happy to make the book available for free to interested readers during our community event. I always welcome thoughtful, independent feedback from fellow authors. Please DM me anytime. @Paul Chenoweth Congratulations, Paul — and yes, I think the back pat is fully authorized. :-) What stands out to me is that this is not simply a collection of Halloween coloring pages. The hour-by-hour story structure gives the book continuity, personality, and a reason for readers to keep turning pages to see what happens next. That makes the “24 hours in Halloween” idea do real work rather than just serve as a title gimmick. And after the long KDP review wait, seeing it finally live must feel especially satisfying. Very nice concept, very timely release, and a terrific first coloring-book milestone. 🎃📚
