My first thought after seeing this was "Damn, this is exactly what it's like to be vegan today."

The only reason this is so uncomfortable for some people is that, once awakened, you become responsible for your decisions. Responsible for choosing to continue living a life out of alignment with your values, or a life aligned with your values.
