Acne on my chest. I'm using Benzoyl peroxide and Salicylic acid Went to my doctor and got Clindamycin phosphate and Retin-A prescribed. Also read that pantothenic acid would help so I'm taking that. Also read that B12 could cause acne breakouts, and realize that my Glp 1, pre-workout, and protein powder all had it in it. So I cut those out. And change the glp1 to have L-carnitine instead.
Need help find a few things.
Can someone point me in the right direction to find a few thing?

Over to the right just past the the sink it's in the cabinet by your knees. I hope this helps.
Not much group activity.
Is this group not active? I don't see much activity going on. I guess I'll try finding a different one.

I was thinking the same thing, I was really looking forward to this group but it seems pretty quiet.
Hello!
Im Anthony thanks for having me. I live in Brooksville FL. 46 years old For the first time in my life I stuck to New years resolution. No alcohol No fast food No fried food Since NYE I've worked out consistently in my new garage gym 4-5 days a week. Down from 230 to 165. I've been using CJC-1295/ipam no dac Ss-31 / Mots-c Glow Blood work shows TT at 290 VA won't give me Test so im doing it on my own starting last week with the help of an online mens clinic. Time to build up now. Joined this group for the shared experience, information, guidance and camaraderie.

Great job!
Shift to Tirzepatide
I have been on a formulated Semaglutide for the last two months. I have had some good results, but the side effects have been kicking my butt. I have decided to shift over to formulated Tirzepatide. From what I have read, there are decreased side effects and better anti-inflammation benefits. Nervous to be starting something new. Thankfully, I’m not starting at the lowest dose since I was already titrated up on Semaglutide. Anyone have experience switching over?

My only side effect is dry mouth. So now I just chew gum.
