On Day 2 of the challenge, while doing the breathwork, a deep and uncomfortable anger came to the surface. It was intense—almost like a fiery energy moving through me. When the breathwork was over, I experienced what felt like a purging of deeply buried emotions from my childhood, especially feelings of powerlessness, hopelessness, and apathy. I felt overwhelmed by the pain of who I was back then. For a moment, the emotions became so unbearable that I felt like I wanted to kill myself. I couldn’t bear feeling that same helplessness and pain again. But instead of resisting the emotions, I sat with them. I allowed myself to feel everything that came up—the anger, sadness, hopelessness, and pain. I didn’t judge or push any of it away. And then something shifted. I felt a deep release, as though something I had been carrying for years had finally been allowed to move through me. Afterwards, I felt incredibly light, peaceful, and free. I feel so good now. Thank you, Aaron, for creating this experience and giving me the space to go through it.
