Don't forget to coconut pull today. Here's why:
🥥 Don’t Forget to Coconut Pull Today. Here’s Why. • Helps reduce harmful bacteria in your mouth. • Helps reduce plaque buildup. • Freshens your breath naturally. • Promotes healthier gums. • can help reduce gingivitis and gum inflammation. • Helps reduce cavity-causing bacteria. • Supports a healthier oral microbiome. • Coconut oil contains lauric acid, which has antimicrobial properties. • Better oral health supports the very first stage of digestion your mouth. • Chewing and saliva begin the digestive process before food ever reaches your stomach. • A healthier oral microbiome may support the mouth-to-gut microbial balance. • Coconut oil contains medium-chain fatty acids that are readily digested and absorbed when coconut oil is eaten. • Lauric acid and other coconut compounds have shown antimicrobial activity against certain organisms in laboratory research. • Coconut oil is sometimes included in traditional parasite-cleansing practices, although oil pulling itself has not been proven to kill intestinal parasites. Swish about 1 tablespoon for 10–20 minutes, then SPIT IT IN THE GARBAGE. 🗑️ Do not swallow everything you just pulled from your mouth, and definitely do not spit coconut oil down your sink. It can solidify and build up in your plumbing. Don’t clean your mouth just to clog your pipes. 😂🥥

3 levels of coaching to choose from. What level is right for you?
Through the Skool app, you actually have a few different options depending on how much support you feel like you need. The $5/month option gives you access to all of the classrooms, lessons, guides, and information inside the program. That option is completely self-guided, so you can work through everything at your own pace. If you feel like you need more personal guidance or accountability, you can upgrade your package to include one-on-one health coaching with us. You can choose one 1-hour session per month for around $150, or four 1-hour sessions per month for just under $500. The four-session package gives you a pretty significant discount it’s basically like paying for three sessions and getting the fourth one included. Your first session is a little different because we spend most of that time asking questions and really getting to know you. We’ll talk about your health history, what you’re currently going through, what you’ve already tried, and most importantly, what your goals are. That gives us a better understanding of where you’re starting and what you’re hoping to accomplish. After that, your sessions become much more about your progress. We’ll discuss the lessons you’ve worked through that week, what you’ve implemented, what goals you’ve hit, where you’re struggling, and what we want you focusing on next. And if accountability is something you struggle with, that’s a huge part of what we’re there for. We don’t just become your coaches we can also become your accountability partners, checking in with you week by week and helping you stay focused on the goals you’ve set for yourself. Each session is about one hour, and you can choose whichever format you’re most comfortable with: Zoom video calls or regular phone calls. Everything is handled right through the Skool app, including choosing or changing the package that works best for you. You can change your tier at any time.

Awareness Challenge
THIS WEEK: START THINKING ABOUT YOUR SKIN 👀 Your skin is your body’s largest organ, and I want everybody in the group to start thinking a little differently about what you’re putting on it and even what you’re touching every single day. We think so much about what we eat, what we drink, what supplements we take…but what about what our skin is exposed to? Think about it. The lotion you rub all over your body. The makeup you put on your face.Your deodorant. Your perfume. Your soap and laundry detergent. The sheets and pillowcases you sleep on for HOURS every night. The cleaning products you touch. Even receipts the coatings used on some thermal receipt paper can contain chemicals such as BPA or BPS that can transfer to your skin. Your skin is not just a covering. It’s a living, functioning organ, and certain substances absolutely can be absorbed through it. That’s literally why topical and transdermal medications exist. So today and throughout this week, I want you to become AWARE. Before you put something on your skin, ask yourself: What’s actually in this? Before you buy another lotion, body wash, makeup product, detergent, or household product, flip it over and READ IT. Start paying attention to the things you touch every single day without even thinking about them. You don’t have to change your entire house overnight. Just start noticing. Awareness comes first. Then we start making better swaps. 🌿 For today’s homework: Pick ONE thing you regularly put on your skin or come into contact with every day that your concerned about.
