@Darren Soares yeah I’m thinking about this problem a lot because they’re seems to be a huge gap between builders and marketing and interestingly, it’s not being addressed very well. Word-of-mouth and trust seems to be the best way forward even having conversations with people that I know I don’t get a lot of interest when I tell them what I’m doing and it’s hard to explain what you’re doing because what I’m doing doesn’t really apply to what they’re doing they haven’t made it their own. I’m spending a lot of time with where Ryan McKinnsey on his new school community and I’ve learned a lot in a very short period of time, the idea is still forming.

@Darren Soares I have been taling with RYMAC a lot. The problem unfortunately lives way down the ladder. Very few are ready to pay for consulting in the SMB space. They have to be walked into it. Marketing the foundations of ICM and providing value at that level is what will start to drive the conversation. I am thinking of two paths, 1 a Managed Service platform for Hermes for SMB’s Give away the architecture solution that starts the conversation. microsoft auth Tie in, Agentic profile customization, How to courses on the Tool and how to build it for a Team. 1 Channel to drive conversations that lead to consulting. Agentsasfolders.AI. Subscription based platform Free trial with Edubas Multiplayer platform as tie in. Build a network of like minded individuals such as yourself, we build marketing channels and support each others efforts building the market out at unique levels. This provides each associate / no formality needed / Social Proof / Trust Signal / Captures more opportunities by saying yes because someone in the network knows someone who can.

A friend used to introduce me as Jordan of the north so I guess that’s where I’ll start originally from Washington state built something got bored of it, move to Hawaii raise my kids moved to Austin Texas nothing against Texas. I actually liked it, but we didn’t have family there so I moved back to Washington. Same story as most of you. I found AI removed a lot of blockers found Jake Van Clief and now I found Ryan. Some of you have interacted with me and another skool community. I have a tech background and a business background. I’ve built ops teams, consulting teams, built an offshore helpdesk. Built a healthcare hosting platform, but I never did marketing and I never sold. I always entered the room after it had been whether that was a prior customer referring me to a client or my own sales people I just showed up to do the work and built the systems and the teams that the company had to deliver on the promise. I have two children. I’ve been married for 20 years plus I love to paddle surf and fish build cool things I’m here to help and here to learn

[UPDATE]**The 24 Hours Results Are In [Case Study Landed]

Case Study: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5yxcX6MyIc8 **ORIGINAL POST** 2 Days ago I was recording a live build of an AI receptionist for a chiropractor and during that recording I said: "Files n' folders people, that's all this is" Instantly I wanted to buy the domain, so I did when I got off the recording. Then yesterday, I research which market to enter with ICM as the wedge, and launched it. Yesterday I did that. About 90% of the work was done with claude code + my skills + my folders and files acting as "software". And today I just did a 24 hour case study on how I used Claude Code and ICM Folder Structure to go from Idea to launched to an ugly old 2006 styled webpage converting at 28%. In between the screen shot and doing the live recording, people opted in from YT and the conversion rates actually went up lol The video is cooking in the oven and released later today. 1 lead even pops in live on screen I missed that Claude caught during render and highlighted for me lol Here is the report that I had generated during the live call: https://claude.ai/code/artifact/525d8e7b-c7c9-4ee7-b03e-26881bc6899f Look for the drop later on "today" P.S.
