Laboratory assessments
I know all of us do field assessment to just look at performance markers. I’m curious to know what you guys think about laboratory assessments for performance markers and how useful that information may be to you and when you could do that information. For context that would be things like using a metabolic cart for a VO2 max assessment or other metabolic assessments, motion capture cameras for biomechanical assessments, and any kind of force measurement tool for things like total force measure for rate force development. Do any of you do any of that or use data like that that has been handed to you for programming?

@Jonathan Torhjelm are there anyone you’re specifically interested in?

@Philipp Josef Wansch yeah what you’re doing is actually excellent and often times there is no need for a ton of equipment. I think your test battery is actually pretty valid and great outcome measures from that will give you good programming insight. Just a program is sometimes simplicity will be your best friend.
End of phase 1 in camp
This is easily one of my favorite variations of a squat today we’re trying to hit a heavy single and it’s one of a few times that the percentages of the program were off and he was able to pull two reps when he was supposed to do one. It’s always a welcome surprise.. stay strong
