why would you think this would be free nothing free my man. why would you even be here looking?. The gentlemen is a legend offering his wisdom/expertise?? Would you expect Tyson to give a free boxing lesson? Come on.

I am so stoked to train with a legend! this came just in time. I have been dealing with rotator cuff issues for the last two months and after the first work out it feels better than it has since I fired it up. Really looking forward to this.
