10,400 Hours of Making Money With AI Explained
Compressed five years of building businesses with AI into the five ways to get paid and the seven steps that build all of them. You walk away with which rung you are on today, and the checklist to clear it before you climb. Download: the 10,400 hours ladder, beginner to expert checklist, in Video Downloads. Which of the five rungs are you on right now, and what was the last thing someone paid you for?

no idea which rung that makes me, but the last thing someone paid me for was getting a local business into the map pack and into chatgpt's answers. owners don't buy the ai part, they buy the phone ringing.
I Tested Claude Opus 5.5 on 3 Real Projects
Opus 5.5 dropped, so I spent 24 hours throwing real work at it and at GPT-6 Sol. A website for this community, an edit of my own video hook, and a 3D flight game. Opus won all three. Sol was twice as fast on the game though. All three prompts are attached as a PDF, and they're in Video Downloads too. Which one are you running first? Drop it below.

the website one. i build sites for local service businesses and the build was never the slow part, the service and city pages are. did opus win your hook edit on where it cut, or on the copy?
Youtube Thumbnails
Is there a skill that will create really customisable Thumbnails for Youtube? Thanks Al

as far as i know there's no one skill that nails thumbnails, but christian's claude design system is the same pattern: build one thumbnail you like as a figma template, then have claude swap the headline and the image. the customisable part is your template, not the skill.
I Built 3 Projects in GPT-6 Astra vs Fable 5.1
Same prompts into GPT-6 Astra on high and Fable 5.1, from a LinkedIn carousel up to a racing game with me as every driver. You walk away with the exact prompts, the scorecard, the build brief template, and an Operating File snippet for the landing page. Download: the Astra vs Fable build sheet, in Video Downloads. Which of your own projects would you hand both models this week, and what would count as a win for it?

i'd hand both a service page for a local client, same brief, same reviews as the source material. the win wouldn't be the design, it's which one pulls real customer language out of those reviews instead of writing "premium quality service you can trust".
How This Guy Built 10 Tiny Businesses Making $50,000/month
Sat down with Eddie, who runs up to ten tiny businesses pulling $30k to $50k a month, and got him to break down how he picks ideas, builds them with Claude Code, and gets customers for each one. The copy sheet with all ten businesses and his filters is in Video Downloads. Curious how your own idea holds up against his four filters. Drop it below and I will tell you.

mine: a tool that texts a local owner the moment a review lands under 4 stars, so they can call that customer the same day instead of finding out a week later. narrow, one obvious buyer, bills monthly. which of Eddie's four filters would that fail?
