Hey so I want to get a serious youth acting career but I have multiple paths and I want to make sure I pick the best one.( Theatre to film/tv On camera acting training/classes to search for agent and auditioning OR jump straight into film/tv acting classes) Obviously there’s gaps in between this such as headshots, auditions, etc. and the path is never easy and clear. Also when I do take classes, what classes should I take? (Scene study, auditioning, etc.) Thank you so much!

Hi everyone! I'm looking to take more control of my opportunities and am starting to brainstorm some ideas for a comedy short film. Is there any writer/actor based in NY that would like to collaborate?

Good evening everyone. I just found our from my amazing director that I have been nominated for best actor again. I'll find out if I won between 28th October - 4th November 2026. Here is an excerpt from the email sent by the festival "Our jury has currently shortlisted What We Hide to formally place in Best Short Film, Best Drama, Best Directing, Best Original Screenplay, Best Cinematography, Best Lead Actor Jay Junior, Best Supporting Actress Oxa Hazel, Best Ensemble Cast … Congratulations!!" I know I already have one but there are 2 more up for grabs. I'm greedy and want to win them all but as you say Guy, its simply another step forward to something better. Thank you all for the support. Thank you to my amazing coach, Guy Allon. The service you give to the community, is incredible. You go above and beyond the call of duty. I am eternally grateful. Come along to the meetings and Guy will coach you to becoming unstoppable. If I can ever do anything to help you Guy or anybody else, drop me a line. Once again thank you!

Thanks!

What does being an aspiring actor mean? The mind is so powerful that it'll believe everything you tell it. I love to think about Jim Carrey's story where he wrote himself a check of $10 million and set a date for it. That day came and was offered his role in dumb and dumber for that amount. Start saying you're an actor and keep moving. Time will put you in your place. We're working actors today!
