I struggled to find consistency and to know beat way to utilize kettlebells for myself until I found Pat Damiano and Bellplex!  His programming, personality, and philosophy are 2nd to none in my opinion. He has fostered a community that is so encouraging and inspiring.  It doesn't feel like an online community. It has truly made a huge difference in my fitness.  I highly recommend Project Bellplex to anyone looking for community and consistency in their fitness journey.
