Scenario
Lets say I was doing an equity multiple deal. Before I present it, whats a decent ROI for each investor in a team of 4 (excluding me)?

Quick question
Hey everyone general question. Do you have to pay insurance and taxes for the year upfront or does this also vary by state? Just calculating closing costs.

@Cassidy Howe hey I got a great answer on WhatsApp by Chris and @Matthew Wang Matthew Wang said, "Insurance - typically yes. Not always. Assume you do. Taxes - no. It will either be part of your monthly mortgage payment towards escrow or all at once directly to the county when taxes are due (often 2x per year) " Christian Osgood said, "Insurance yes. Most states collect tax in full each year. WA state does it in 6 month increments."

So in short I will have to factor in upfront insurance in my closing cost. But insurance will need to be saved until payments are due. Thanks everyone for the help!
