Hey everyone, I’m Josiah. I work in digital marketing and online community growth, with a particular interest in helping founders build communities that people actually want to be part of not just communities with a high member count. What I’m building right now is mainly around helping community owners attract the right members, improve engagement, and create a better journey from someone discovering a community to becoming an active member. I’m mostly building for founders, creators, and community owners who have something valuable to offer but may be struggling with visibility, positioning, or getting the right people through the door. Right now, I’m in the learning and growing stage myself. I’m connecting with more founders, understanding different communities, and looking for better ways to combine marketing with genuine community building. The biggest decision I’m probably avoiding is narrowing my focus even further. There are a lot of things I enjoy doing, but I know that being more specific about where I can create the most value will make everything else easier. If The Echora Circle could help me make one meaningful change over the next few months, I’d want to leave with a much clearer direction and stronger connections with founders who are building things I can learn from and contribute to.
