⚡ AUDACIOUS AUGUST | DAY 15 — The "What We Can Work On Together" Post
Why this prompt: Showing the full range of what you help with, plainly, lets the right person self-select instead of guessing if they qualify. BEAT 1 — THE HOOK List the range up front — specificity invites the right person in. Try one of these, or write your own in the same spirit — use whatever feels like YOU: • Here's everything we can tackle together. • The specific things people come to me for. • If any of these are yours, keep reading. BEAT 2 — SHARE YOUR WHY (KEEP IT TIGHT) Show the range of what you help with — specific situations, sticking points, or goals, not vague categories. Invite the right person to reach out if any of it is theirs. BEAT 3 — THE CLOSE Pick one: • Which one is yours? Say so below. • This is the range I actually love working in. • Mic drop: Any of these sound familiar? POST IT Film it on your phone. Post it — Reel, Story, Carousel, whatever. Comment on at least 5 other members' videos. Drop your LINK here — not the video — Day 15: [Link]. To copy it: open your post on Instagram/TikTok, tap Share, tap Copy Link, then paste it here. DO NOT upload your actual video file in this thread — post it on social, drop the link here, then go comment on 5 other people's real videos on social. Tag #AudaciousAugust #OutLoud.

@Vasavi Kumar I see that I complicated it too much. It was meant for therapist to properly assess for risk, for people who are experiencing these thoughts to seek help, and for people who know anyone with these thoughts to get them help. I spoke to everyone and the message was not clear. Your suggestions make sense. Thank you!
⚡ AUDACIOUS AUGUST | DAY 8 — The Thing I'm Not Sure About
Why this prompt: Admitting an unresolved, current uncertainty — not a neatly wrapped-up past lesson — is what makes people trust you're actually in it with them. BEAT 1 — THE HOOK Say something you're genuinely unsure about right now, in real time — not a lesson you've already learned. Try one of these, or write your own in the same spirit — use whatever feels like YOU: • Something I'm still figuring out, and I don't have a neat answer for. • I don't usually admit this while it's still happening, but here goes. • Real time, not looking back: here's what I'm unsure about right now. BEAT 2 — SHARE YOUR WHY (KEEP IT TIGHT) Name something genuinely current and unresolved in your business or your life — not a story with a bow on it. Let it stay a little messy. Then ask your audience if they're in it too. BEAT 3 — THE CLOSE Pick one: • If you're in this too, tell me. • This is exactly why I don't pretend to have it all figured out. • Mic drop: still figuring it out, out loud. POST IT Film it on your phone. Post it — Reel, Story, Carousel, whatever. Comment on at least 5 other members' videos. Drop your LINK here — not the video — Day 8: [Link].

@Vasavi Kumar Yay...I'm getting there!
⚡ AUDACIOUS AUGUST | DAY 7 — The Hot Take
BUCKET: REACH Why this prompt: A real opinion, held plainly, builds more loyalty than a hundred neutral posts — people follow conviction, not consensus. This week, the take has to actually cost you something. BEAT 1 — THE HOOK Say the take before you explain it. No "in my opinion." No softening. Try one of these, or write your own in the same spirit — use whatever feels like YOU: • My honest take on [common advice]... and why I do the opposite. • Unpopular in my industry. I'm not deleting it. • Here's the thing everyone in my space agrees on that I think is actually wrong. BEAT 2 — SHARE YOUR WHY (KEEP IT TIGHT) Say the real opinion — the one you've actually held back before because it might cost you followers or clients. Give one specific example of what happens when people follow the popular version instead. No disclaimer, no hedge. BEAT 3 — THE CLOSE Pick one: • Agree or disagree — say so. Don't just like it, comment it. • This is the belief my entire business is built on. • Mic drop: still not deleting it. POST IT Film it on your phone. Post it — Reel, Story, Carousel, whatever. Comment on at least 5 other members' videos. Drop your LINK here — not the video — Day 7: [Link].

@Vasavi Kumar Thank you Vasavi. I let the wall down a bit but put the personal info in the caption. I will add it to the talking points next time. I tried to do the follow through of how the trauma shows up now but I agree the emphasis should be on the now and how EMDR can help change it and a little less time on the pain points.

@Vasavi Kumar yes, agree!
⚡ AUDACIOUS AUGUST | DAY 5 — The Client Story Post
Why this prompt: A specific result for a specific person does more selling than any feature list — people buy proof, not promises. BEAT 1 — THE HOOK Open with the starting point, not the result — the gap is what creates the pull. Try one of these, or write your own in the same spirit — use whatever feels like YOU: • She came to me stuck at [starting point]. Here's where she is now. • A client result I still can't stop thinking about. • This is what changed after [timeframe] of doing the work. BEAT 2 — SHARE YOUR WHY (KEEP IT TIGHT) Share a real result someone got after working with you. Be specific about where they started and where they ended up — real numbers, real timeframe if you can share it. End with a clear next step for anyone in that same starting spot. BEAT 3 — THE CLOSE Pick one: • Sound like where you're starting? Here's the next step. • This is exactly the result I want for everyone I work with. • Mic drop: That's the transformation. No apology attached. POST IT Film it on your phone. Post it — Reel, Story, Carousel, whatever. Comment on at least 5 other members' videos. Drop your LINK here — not the video — Day 5: [Link].

@Vasavi Kumar This is exactly what I need to hear. Thank you for these insights, Vasavi!!! I know I am playing safe. Ok, so my work is to let that wall down a bit. I will work on sharing more of my story.
⚡ AUDACIOUS AUGUST | DAY 2 — The Myth-Buster Post
Why this prompt: Naming the exact wrong belief before correcting it does more work than any explainer — it proves you know what's actually being said out there. BEAT 1 — THE HOOK State the myth flatly, no hedge, before you touch the truth. Try one of these, or write your own in the same spirit — use whatever feels like YOU: • The biggest myth about [your topic]... and what actually works instead. • Everyone believes this about [topic]. It's not true. • This 'rule' in my industry has never once held up. BEAT 2 — SHARE YOUR WHY (KEEP IT TIGHT) Name the exact belief your audience has been fed. Say why it's more complicated than that — with a specific example of someone it failed. Then say what's actually true, plainly. BEAT 3 — THE CLOSE Pick one: • Did you believe this one too? Tell me. • This is why I do it differently. • Mic drop: Myth, busted. POST IT Film it on your phone. Post it — Reel, Story, Carousel, whatever. Comment on at least 5 other members' videos. Drop your LINK here — not the video — Day 2: [Link].

@Vasavi Kumar thank you Vasavi! These are great suggestions. I am slowly trying to figure out the line between sharing and oversharing. It feels weird because this was what we were taught not to do in school. I share when appropriate in session but it is hard to do it online.
