🥗 THURSDAY: ONE BETTER CHOICE
Today is about making one choice that supports your body instead of working against it. Sometimes the better choice is to push. Sometimes the better choice is to slow down. Sometimes it is: 🥗 Eating something that gives you energy 💧 Drinking more water 🚶 Choosing gentle movement 😴 Going to bed earlier 📵 Putting your phone away 🧘 Taking time to recover 🧠 Saying no to the guilt that comes with rest THURSDAY CHECK-IN Comment below: 😴 What my body or mind needs more of: 🧠 What I am choosing not to feel guilty about: Rest does not mean you have lost momentum. The right kind of recovery can help you come back stronger, clearer and more consistent. Do what supports the journey, not just what looks productive. Recover. Reset. Return. Focus on today. Keep the promise. Become the proof. 🙌🏻🔥
🧠 14 OCT WEDNESDAY IDENTITY CHECK-IN
We are halfway through the week. Today is about the story you tell yourself when you need to slow down. Do you immediately think: “I’m falling behind.” “I’m being lazy.” “I’ve messed up again.” Or can you recognize that sometimes rest is part of discipline too? Your identity is not built only on the days you push hard. It is also built in how you recover, how you respond, and how quickly you return. WEDNESDAY CHECK-IN Comment below: 😴 One area where I need more recovery: 💭 One thought I need to change about rest: You are not quitting because you need to recover. You are learning how to keep going in a way that is sustainable. Rest. Recover. Return. Keep becoming. Focus on today. Keep the promise. Become the proof. 🙌🏻🔥
🏃13 Oct TUESDAY MOVEMENT PROOF
Today, movement does not have to mean pushing as hard as possible. Sometimes the right kind of movement is: 🚶 A gentle walk 🧘 Stretching or mobility 🏋️ A lighter workout 🌿 Moving outside 😴 Or choosing recovery if your body truly needs it The goal is to stay connected to your body and make the choice that supports your progress. TUESDAY CHECK-IN Comment below: 🏃 Today I moved by: ⏱️ Time / steps / distance: 🧠 What my body needed today: 🔥 How I honoured that without giving up: Remember: Rest is not laziness. Recovery is not failure. Listening to your body is part of discipline. You are still moving forward, even when the pace changes. Recover. Reset. Return. Focus on today. Keep the promise. Become the proof.
REST IS NOT QUITTING ❤️
Sunday Night with JP Good evening, Tribers! Unfortunately, I'm not feeling well tonight, so we won't be having our usual Sunday live. But I still want to leave you with a message as we prepare for another week. REST IS NOT QUITTING. We talk a lot about discipline. About showing up. About keeping promises. About pushing through when things get difficult. But there's something equally important that we sometimes forget. Knowing when to rest is also part of discipline. We live in a world that constantly tells us to do more. Work harder. Train harder. Push harder. Achieve more. And sometimes we start believing that slowing down means we're falling behind. But think about this... You cannot keep pouring from an empty cup. Your body needs recovery. Your mind needs quiet. And sometimes the strongest decision you can make is to stop, recover, and give yourself what you actually need. There is a difference between giving up and giving yourself time to recover. Giving up says: "I'm done trying." Rest says: "I'm taking care of myself so I can continue." And this connects directly to our identity. If I say I AM healthy, then I need to respect my health. If I say I AM disciplined, then I need the discipline to recover when necessary. If I say I AM becoming, then I need to understand that becoming isn't about destroying myself to reach a goal. It's about building a life I can sustain. Remember, Tribe... We are not here to prove how much punishment we can endure. We're here to become healthier, stronger, more intentional human beings. And sometimes that means pushing forward. Sometimes that means slowing down. The important thing is knowing the difference. 🎯 THIS WEEK'S MISSION: LISTEN AND RESPOND Every day this week, ask yourself: "What do I genuinely need today to become the healthiest version of myself?" Maybe you need movement. Maybe you need better nutrition. Maybe you need to put your phone away earlier. Maybe you need to have a difficult conversation. Maybe you need proper sleep.

Monday Check in
While @Jp van der Schyff is recovering, let's show him that we can keep the standard. We show up, we show proof and we support him while he is taking a well needed rest. Comment below: ⚖️ Current weight: 53 📊 Up, down or the same: same Where do I need to listen and respond? To become the healthiest version, in body, mind and spirit. For me, it is slowing down, eating well and with intention. 🔥
