@Montserrat Vasquez Welcome, Montserrat! Atlanta's a solid market for specialty coffee right now, so good timing. The best place to start is getting clear on your business case before anything else — location, concept, numbers. A lot of people skip that part and it costs them later. If you haven't already, dig into the Business Case Course here in the community — it'll give you a real foundation to work from. What stage are you at right now — still exploring, or do you have something more concrete taking shape?

Maria, welcome — love the clarity of vision here, and the fact that you're already thinking seriously about allergens and food safety before you've even opened puts you ahead of most people who show up here. That stuff can sink a business fast if it's an afterthought. For where you're at (A/B), the Business Case Course in the free tier is the right starting point — it'll help you stress-test the concept before you go too deep into planning. What's your current thinking on the business model — are you planning catering only for now, or is a physical location already on the horizon?

Hi I am Maria was working as FOH I am from Portugal. Currently studying at university of global banking school doing a BSC bachelor degree in business and tourism management. Have a long term vision goals. Called Maria's Little Sweet Sprouts It's a homemade catering business And hope in future as well in opening a animal shelter for lost animal souls that needs love and care and a hidrid charity organisation to help take homeless people from the streets and give them hope. Right now I am focusing in the homemade base catering but as I am a entrepreneur beginner I am looking for support. I have a concept about it have been doing research as it's a Vegan and gluten free products so I have to be very careful as it involves allergens, allergies, and health and safety authority. I would love any help or advice if you guys can help me with. Nice to meet you all Thank you Thank you

3,000 members! So I’m doing something slightly crazy. 🎉
Imagine you could open your dream coffee shop for 99 bucks. Not "get inspired." Not "learn the basics." Actually open it. The site, the numbers, the machine, the staff, the first 90 days. That's what I'm putting on the table this month. We just crossed 3,000 members. Three thousand people who are either dreaming about a café, fighting to keep one alive, or already running one and trying to squeeze a real margin out of it. I didn't expect that. When I started sharing what I learned building Carl Ludwig Coffee — from zero to €450K a year at a 20% margin, and then selling it — I thought maybe a few dozen people would care. 3,000!!! 🚀🚀 So here's how I want to celebrate it: For the next 30 days, [full access / Membership tier] is $99. [Normally $199] Everything I used, everything I got wrong, everything I'd do differently: - The full launch roadmap — site, lease, build-out, licensing - Costing & Team — the parts that decides if you survive - The weekly live calls, all four formats - Our AI, the numbers playground - The community — people who've already made some of the mistakes you're about to make Here's why I'm doing it at 99 instead of the real price: 60% of coffee shops close. Most of them don't fail because the coffee was bad. They fail because nobody ever showed the owner the numbers before they signed the lease. I can't fix that for everyone. But I can take the price off the table for a month and see how many people I can drag across the line. I'd genuinely love to see you inside and help you build the thing you've been drawing on napkins for two years. Follow this Link — $99/mo for a limited time . And if you're already in: thank you. You built this. ☕
