Help with diaphragm breathing?
I’ve always struggled with this (it’s held me back as a singer all my life 😅), and I recently learned that non-diaphragmatic breathing can play a role in my chronic cervicogenic headaches due to breathing improperly resulting in my head moving forward slightly (the cause of the issue) so I’m trying to learn. My current issue is that when I breathe in while sitting in a wall-sit position (hips to head against wall), there seems to be a lot of stretching sensation around my shoulders, especially around my collarbones. While my shoulders aren’t moving, the tension makes me think that they want to, which leads me to believe I may not be doing it correctly since I was always told that if your shoulders raise when you breathe, it’s not from the diaphragm, but it could also just be a result of my tight shoulder and neck muscles (a result of my condition). Please let me know if I can provide any more info, and thanks in advance!

@Pavel Aeon I definitely catch myself forcing it too hard sometimes. Thanks for the breakdown, Pavel!
Reminder for today:
Reminder for today: You don't need another heavy protocol or a longer to-do list. You just need a rhythm that lets you breathe. Slow down, you’re exactly where you need to be. 🤍

Day 1 Done | Putting the Kitchen on Pause
Just finished Day 1 of the System Reset Protocol after wrapping up my shift. Pulling 12 hours on the line means my operating system is usually fried by midnight, running on pure survival mode. The concept of treating the nervous system like hardware that just needs a reset makes complete sense to a guy who works with his hands. Tried the slow exhale breathing to drop the kitchen noise before heading out for my late-night drive. It’s a start. Time to get some sleep and get ready for Day 2.

@Brewtally Awesome l Admin Appreciate it, boss. Just trying to fix the hardware so I can keep grinding. Getting that rest now.

SATURDAY COMMUNITY WISDOM WELL
Today, I want to try something different. Instead of me teaching something, let’s tap into the wisdom of the entire community. Because somewhere inside this group, someone has already walked through something you may be walking through right now. Maybe you’re struggling with your energy. Your nervous system. Your health. A relationship. Your purpose. A decision you need to make. A pattern you keep repeating. Or maybe you’re simply curious about something and want another perspective. So today, the comments are our COMMUNITY WISDOM WELL. Here’s how it works: ASK: Drop ONE question below about something you’re currently going through, exploring, struggling with, or trying to understand. SHARE: If you see someone’s question and you’ve personally walked through something similar, reply to them. Share what actually helped YOU. A realization. A practice. A book. A perspective. A mistake. A breakthrough. Or simply let them know: “I see you.” And if you’ve had a powerful insight or breakthrough lately, share that too. It might be exactly what somebody else needs to hear today. No fixing. No judging. No pretending we have all the answers. Just humans helping humans. ME becomes WE. And WE becomes something much more powerful when we realize we don’t have to figure everything out alone. I’ll be jumping into the comments too and answering as many questions as I can. So… What are you currently going through, learning, questioning, or trying to overcome? Drop it below. Let’s see what happens when we put the collective wisdom of this community to work.

I am honestly struggling from everything you listed. I easily fall out of practice and go back to old habits, this is what I want to change first discipline and consistency
Making time for the blueprint
Finally opened up the classroom tab after my shift last night and started looking through the Earth 2.0 Blueprint. Honestly, when you work a 12-hour day, the last thing you want to do is start a long course, but I like that these modules are broken down into simple, practical steps. I’m working my way through the 7-Day System Reset Protocol right now just to help drop the kitchen stress. Definitely eyeing those Premium Daily Rituals too—especially the mid-day resets and sleep tools, because my sleep schedule is completely trashed right now. For the guys who have already finished the 7-day protocol, did you notice a difference in your energy levels during the day, or did it mostly just help you wind down at night?
