I joined Ilana's method a few months ago because I was seeking the BEST method for gaining greater flexibility, optimal health, longevity, and overall fitness. I am pleased to announce this method DELIVERS! I am following the protocols (mostly) and have better sleep, have achieved improved flexibility, the best of my life so far, and know that with just a bit more time I will be doing full splits in all directions, and I have almost zero body pains! Highly recommend this!
