STEP 3: Trading Apprenticeship Social Agreement
This writing records what we expect of each other. This is a voluntary social commitment. It is not a legal services contract. It is not a promise of funding, a payout, a profit, or a date when this will be finished. Program expectations. 1. This is an apprenticeship. I understand that this is an apprenticeship. I agree to follow Coach’s training instructions. I agree to complete the foundational and repetitive exercises, even when I do not yet see their purpose. 2. I will take the curriculum in order. I agree to follow the learning sequence. I will not skip steps. Coach may send a question back to the material for my current level. 3. I have to show it on a chart. Watching a lesson is not enough. Saying I understand is not enough. I agree to complete the required chart demonstrations and Loom submissions, and to show that I can use the software. 4. Access is earned. Membership gives me the opportunity to earn access. It does not give me immediate access to everything. Moving through the curriculum does not require another program payment. Trading accounts and software that I buy myself are separate. They are not included in that statement. 5. I will finish onboarding. I agree to complete Steps 1 and 2. I agree to leave the requested comments, post my introduction, follow the classroom instructions, and request access to Coach’s educational AI tools. 6. The live room is not automatic. Live-room access depends on foundational knowledge and Coach’s approval. There is no level that admits me on its own. I agree to get Coach’s confirmation before I take part as an active participant. 7. Paper trading comes before a prop account. I agree to show accurate entries, exits, and sizing in paper trading before I move to a prop account. Time passed is not readiness. Coach assesses the execution. 8. I will not buy a prop account until Coach says I am ready. While I am in this apprenticeship, I agree not to buy a prop account for use in the program without Coach’s approval. Coach decides readiness inside the program. I agree to accept a decision that says: keep training before you buy. 9. I will not gamble. I agree to follow the program’s risk and execution rules. I will not increase size to chase a loss. I will not buy accounts recklessly. I will not use credit to buy accounts in an attempt to recover losses. Coach will not take part in gambling behavior, and will not support it. 10. The aim is my own execution. Copying Coach’s trades forever is not the objective. I agree to build my own understanding and my own execution. Coach is concerned about identical trades across participants, and about prop-firm scrutiny. Being in this program does not allow me to do something a firm prohibits. 11. This takes time. The system can be learned. It is demanding. Independent skill may take years of practice and a large amount of chart time. I agree to study outside the live room. This agreement sets no daily hour quota and no completion date. One can be added later only if both of us accept it in writing. 12. Coaching follows the work. I agree to do the work and to say where I am, including the questions that matter. Coach agrees to respond and to guide me as I move through the program. Progress comes from work and demonstrated skill, not from showing up. 13. I am learning this system. The program teaches Coach’s DRAM777 approach. The focus is Nasdaq micro futures and practical market structure. This is not an automated trading bot. Educational AI and sizing tools help me learn and calculate. They do not do the work for me. 14. This teaching is not promised forever. Coach describes this teaching as an act of service. He does not expect to teach at this level forever. This agreement sets no end date, no lifetime access, and no guaranteed length of personal support. One can be added later only if both of us accept it in writing.

I have read all 14 expectations and all five commitments. I have had the chance to ask questions. I accept them voluntarily. A change counts only if both of us accept it in writing.
Level 1 Q&A: DRAM777 Orientation & Market Language
You are ready to progress when you can confidently do all of the following: - Recite D-R-A-M without assistance. - Define all four phases. - Match each phase with its color. - Explain Distribution as directional expansion. - Explain Retracement as corrective movement. - Explain Accumulation as consolidation between manipulations. - Explain Manipulation as failed Distribution / deceptive structural movement. - Explain why an apparent breakout is not automatically confirmed Distribution. - Explain the basic difference between assumed and confirmed structure. - Recognize the introductory IRL → ERL → Reset concept. - Narrate a simple chart using DRAM vocabulary. - Explain the phases in both upward and downward market contexts. - Teach DRAM back without reading a script. These abilities align with the Level 1 competency requirement to recite the alphabet, understand the sequence, distinguish structure, understand basic liquidity concepts, and ultimately teach the system back.

Hi Coach El, very interesting conversation. I will be building the neuro path waves... I am not going to study the water but jump in...
🤖 Meet MNQ Dynamic Sizing BOT
Position-Sizing & Account-Organization Tool for MNQ If you’re new to futures trading, you may eventually run into a problem that isn’t obvious when you’re learning how to read charts: Trading one account and managing multiple prop-firm accounts are two very different things. Once you’re operating multiple evaluation accounts and/or funded accounts, a single trade can require you to answer several questions at once: - 💰 How much room does each account actually have before reaching its loss threshold? - 📏 How far away is the stop for this particular setup? - 🧮 How many MNQ contracts can each account take? - 🛑 Is that stop even permitted under the risk framework? - 🏦 Is the account an evaluation or a funded PA? - 📋 Which accounts should be grouped together because they use the same contract quantity? Trying to calculate all of that manually across many accounts creates opportunities for mistakes. That’s the purpose of MNQ Group Sizer and Organizer AI. 🎯 What Is MNQ Group Sizer and Organizer AI? MNQ Group Sizer and Organizer AI is a custom GPT designed for one specialized job: Turn your MNQ stop distances, RewardCap, and each prop account’s remaining risk Room into rule-compliant MNQ position sizes and organized account groups. It is not a trading signal service. It does not decide whether Nasdaq is bullish or bearish. It does not find trades for you. It does not invent entries, POIs, stops, or profit targets. Instead, it handles an entirely different part of the trading process: 🛡️ Risk sizing and account organization. You identify the trade structure. MNQ Group Sizer and Organizer AI determines how that structure translates into position size across your accounts. 🧠 Why Is This Necessary? Here’s one of the first concepts a new prop trader needs to understand. Imagine an account displays: 💵 $52,000 A beginner might naturally think: “I have $52,000 available to trade.” But that isn’t necessarily the number that matters when determining how much the account can risk.
