@Ty Flip Man I just heard back today with all of the responses. Here they are: 1. Which counties are you all purchasing in? Chatham only, or Effingham, Bryan and Bulloch? We are looking at all of these counties currently. The farther away from Savannah though the larger the acreage I would need to make it worth going to though. 2. What do you all pay per acre not parcel? If I bring you ten acres with power and water at the road, what is that worth for you all? How much did the last one that was purchased cost? Hard to say as it relies heavily on municipality, geo-location in that municipality, and zoning. Can vary anywhere from $10k AC to $25k per acre and up. 3. How small is too small, and how big is too big for you all? I would say right now for Landmark nothing smaller than 15 acres for a community. We will do some infill projects if they make sense smaller than that but have tohave zoning and utilities already there. 4. Does it have to be on public water and sewer, or will you take well and septic? Have to have public water and sewer for us. 5. Lastly how much in utilities do you all look for or does the size matter? What is your main criteria in regards to utilities? Not quite sure of the question here but the amount and sizing of utilties is just always tied to how manu untis we can get to offset the costs.
