IntakeQ or Jane app? What has been useful or worked well?

Hi everyone, Junnette here, Infusion RN from WA State! Excited to be in a community that actually responds to my questions and concerns in real time (I was with another platform before, and support wasn't that good!) I'm still on the onboarding process, which is a little overwhelming, but we'll all get there. Embracing positivity! 🧘‍♀️

Is IntakeQ something I pay for separately from my monthly membership or is this included? I’ve heard both but not sure which is correct.

New here. I used Hydreight to get started with my business and everything was all inclusive. Now I’m struggling a bit while I piece everything together. Optimal Balance pharmacy has me stumped. Does anyone have any resources or recommendations on education for the platform?
