My comprehensive approach to successful publishing in 2026 [Skool Exclusive]
✅ Since you guys liked the last Skool Exclusive video with Roman, I figured I’d record a new one. The topic is a concept I’ve been mulling over for weeks. And one I’ve already teased a bit in earlier videos. It’s primarily about one thing: 👉🏼 How to combine branding and hype. The two main approaches of successful publishers can be broken down into these two: 1. Brand building, thinking long-term 2. Capitalizing on hype, making a lot of money in the short term Especially over the past two years, hype has become very lucrative. People like me, who do a lot of branding, have therefore been keeping an eye on hype publishers for quite some time. The biggest problem so far was that hype and branding weren’t really compatible. At least, that’s what we all thought. 😅 But last year in Q4, I combined the two... and it was so successful that I’ve spent the last six months racking my brain trying to figure out what the systematic strategy behind it really is. That’s what this video is about. Or rather, the script I’m skimming through in this video. The long-term goal is to create a longer video for YouTube, in which I’ll explain this topic in even greater detail. Until then, though, here are my thoughts on the subject Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments. Any input helps me further develop the concept. 🙌🏼 Best Andrey 🔴 P.S. We just released the new Meta/Facebook Ads Creative Tool in the Visuals Suite. All Pro users can now create Facebook ad creatives for their ads. I built this mainly for myself because I was sitting there a few weeks ago and waited 30 mins to create 10 split test variants for my new facebook campagin. Now I can create those 10 in less than 5 minutes with this tool :D I hope you like it as much as I do. If you run any Facebook ads, test reader or sales-driven ads, for example, this will definitely help you a lot! 🎉

Thank you @Andrey Bernhart golden nuggets as always : ), can’t wait to see the full video ! I have a few questions, probably obvious for more experienced publishers, but I’m still on my 1st book so I’m not sure. How do you spot trends early on? Is there a way to identify trends are likely to take off from the ones that will not? Do you need tools like Helium 10? A satellite book (like 6/7) can help you bring new readers into your brand, but I guess it could also become the doorway to a new niche… for example, if my main brand were about cookies/food, a 6/7 satellite might be “Cookie recipes for 6/7‑year‑old young chefs”, and that book could give me a way to start a children’s brand, since I’d already have an email list of parents. Is this part of the strategy as well? On special editions: apart from creating a seasonal satellite (like “Piano Songs for Christmas”), has anyone tried doing any kind of “special edition” by adding colour, changing the layout, inserting illustrations (or more of them, if you already have some), or adding things like ribbons, baubles or other seasonal decorations (but I’m not talking about changes only on the cover) ? In other words, is there a way to turn a non‑giftable book into a giftable one? Of course, any book can be a gift, but some categories work much better... Or in the end, are seasonal satellites just the best way to achieve this?
Official Update & Recap Video from the PublishFlow Founders Team
Hey everyone, We just filmed an exclusive Skool video where Andrey and I look back on the last two months of PublishFlow: the challenges, the updates, and some stories we haven't shared publicly yet. We also talk about what's coming next and share some insider details about tools that are in the pipeline. A more relaxed video shot in a pretty cool setting. Hope you enjoy it! Andrey & Roman PS: Let us know what you think of the outfits 😄

Hi guys, your outfits are great ! I suggest you do a video with a new outfit for each country you visit! 😄 I can’t wait for all the new PublishFlow developments you announced, and yes, I really appreciate this kind of Skool community video. From what I understood, the first developments are going to be the translation feature and the Facebook ads tool, right? You announced so many that I got lost…
What types of videos do you prefer?
I noticed that the newest video didn't get many clicks from subscribers. 👉🏼 https://youtu.be/XIIGCfPCquA It seems the topic was too specific for many people. Something I noticed now after around 20 published YouTube videos: 👉🏼 The more generic videos seem to make more clicks. Do you guys enjoy the really specific videos like this new one or more basic videos? Please vote, and feel free to give me your opinion in the comments. Best Andrey

Definitely enjoy more specific videos. I agree with Joel, Terrence, and Mary. The majority of people watching content are less committed to publishing, or not as much yet. At the same time, the ones who are truly committed are the ones likely to spend money on a tool like PF and watch all your videos to learn as much as they can. Perhaps just try another broad video and see what happens.
THIS Is The Review Alternative You Have Been Looking For (Amazon KDP Review Guide)
In one of my recent mastermind sessions with other advanced self-publishers, we discussed the topic of reviews. Specifically, how to get reviews on Amazon KDP without using review sites. I already have a brand with many books. And an email list that now has nearly 15,000 subscribers. That makes getting reviews effortless for my brand. But for new book brands, I also start from scratch every time. And for beginners, it’s even harder to break in because all the other publishers (or at least most of them) simply use these gray-area strategies. That’s why we’ve come up with a new strategy that’s actually very simple... ...and has more to do with mindset than with any specific tactic. In this video, I’d like to challenge the mindset that many people have regarding reviews. Watch it now or save it for later on YouTube: https://youtu.be/54-duwpdKqs

Golden nuggets as always
Important: Scammers are impersonating me. Please read
Please read it through. My identity has been stolen. There are people out there pretending to be me and selling coachings, mentorings, or other programs under my name. These are scams. I have nothing to do with them. I ONLY offer PublishFlow as a product. No coaching or similar. Everything beside PublishFlow is NOT ME. These are my only real email addresses: - [email protected] (main business email) - [email protected] (privat) Anything else is not me. No matter how similar the address looks (dashes, numbers, different endings), no matter the profile picture, no matter the story: If it isn't one of these two addresses, it isn't me. If you've already paid or shared personal information, here's what to do: 1. Secure the evidence. Screenshots of every chat, profile, payment, and email thread. Do this BEFORE you block or delete anything. 2. Get your money back.Credit card: call your bank immediately and request a chargeback.PayPal: open a dispute in the Resolution Center (180-day window).Bank transfer / SEPA: contact your bank and ask for a recall — the faster, the better the chances.Crypto: practically unrecoverable, but document everything anyway. 3. File a police report. Go to your local police or your country's online crime portal. Keywords: fraud and identity theft. A report is important for chargebacks and platform takedowns. 4. Report the scammer's email address to Google (if it's a @gmail.com address):Easiest way: open one of their emails in Gmail → click the three dots (More) in the top right → choose "Report phishing" (best option for scams) or "Report spam". This flags the address directly to Google's abuse team.Stronger report: go to Google's official abuse reporting page — search Google for "report Gmail abuse" or "Gmail impersonation report". Submit the scammer's address, paste the email content, and explicitly mention "impersonation / identity theft".If it's NOT a Gmail address (e.g. Outlook, Yahoo, custom domain): report to that provider's abuse team. For custom domains, you can also report to the domain registrar. Search the domain on whois.com to see who hosts it, then send the abuse report there. 5. Block the contact. Email address, phone number, profile; block everything so they can't keep pressuring you. 6. Consumer protection agency. If your country has one (Verbraucherzentrale in Germany, Citizens Advice in the UK, FTC in the US, etc.), report the case. They track these scams and can pressure platforms. 7. Let me know. Please send a screenshot or the scammer's email/handle to [email protected]. The more I see, the better I can warn others and get profiles taken down.

@Andrey Bernhart I'm sorry you're going through this. Perhaps a Youtube video would help ? You can surely reach out to a lot more people outside the community. I believe the people that are most likely to get scammed are the ones that are not really in touch with you.

@Andrey Bernhart You can create a video on a particular KDP topic as usual and then add, at the beginning or at the end, that these scammers are trying to sell stuff etc.
