Hi everyone! New to ODW, I have a mobile IV business in Texas. Looking at insurance and have heard lots of good things about CM&F. I watched the video in classrooms about setting CM&F. We do not need to list a medical director as an additional correct? Also I have an LLC for my business so wanting to know how to apply to ensure both my personal name and LLC are covered! I am just seeing the individual insured
