Micro-Education Posts on IG
OK, had my first content creation afternoon and planned to do 3 pieces of content. Got one done 😂 It's the first time using my new branding on IG, and that feels good. Someone I met at a (mostly) neo-tantra event shared 7 pages of it in their stories this morning, which felt like a major win. Overall engagment was lower, but the above share makes me feel like I'm on the right track. https://www.instagram.com/p/DcKS7BZmYyK/?img_index=1

💎 Final Journal Prompt • What this has been like for me.
This Course gave me the breakthrough I was looking for. I've been online, creating content since 2006. Of course, it wasn't called that way back then, it was blogging. My first blog was Be Conscious Now, and I started it two years after I'd gone through a life-shattering portal, bang on my Saturn Return. I had a massive awakening that ended with me in a deep trance, speaking languages I didn't know, doing prostrations to the Sun God Ra on the floor of the psychiatrist's office at the Lion's Gate Hospital Acute Psych Ward while the psychiatrist & my fiancé watched. My entire life imploded, my fiancé broke up with me, and I had to return to NZ, which I absolutely did not want to do. And I had no idea what had happened, only that it was something "spiritual", even though the doctors had told me I was bipolar. When I started blogging, it was a way to claim the experience, blast through any shame, and write into the heart of my experience, and my journey as a yoga practitioner and then teacher. No one I knew read blogs, it was mostly an American phenomenon, and I felt anonymous and safe to share my inner world and be seen. That blog eventually morphed into The Yoga Lunchbox, an online yoga magazine I ran for 10 years, where I continued to share my journey on the path in a raw and unfiltered way. All of this meant that the way I engaged with social media - I joined Facebook in 2008, YouTube around 2010, Instagram in 2016 - was very much in this vulnerable share kinda way. (Like this 😂.) But now, in 2026, I'm not the same; the online world is not the same, the algos rule the roost, and I'd lost direction, inspiration and clarity on how to show up online. If my business didn't still require it, maybe I wouldn't even, at all. That pattern, though, was so ingrained from 15+ years - the goat track became a major 6-lane highway with no exits. This Course helped me see the exit looming so I could take it, and get off the vulnerable share treadmill. At heart, one of my passions and skills is being an educator. I geek out and fully immerse in worlds, and LOVE to share that with other people.

@Olivia Jensen, thank you. So great to see you on one of the calls - can feel teh huge amount of growth since we last connected.
Day 22 INTEGRATION
Some suggestions: 1. Have a day in nature with no phone 2. Journalling - what have I learned about myself? 3. Of the 3 areas Clarity/Courage/Consistency which one needs the most attention and what would change if you gave it a few months of investment.1
Day 22 INTEGRATION
Hmmm... going to do a post for 2. Will consider 1. I'm at festivals in a few weeks so that happens naturally in those spaces. 3. Clarity is the one that is most important for me. I have the Courage ad Commitment - getting clear though (which I feel like I've done here) is the one. Thank you.
21/21 THE NEXT STEP
Play the Long Game In my biggest years I was doing $100k launches every three months, but none of those were the result of any one campaign. They were built off years of podcasting, blogging, making videos, running workshops, and showing up week in, week out. It's like health and fitness. It's not what you do for 21 days, it's the average of your efforts, what you can sustain week in, week out, over the long term. What to do next Choose a sustainable weekly content goal you can commit to for the next 90 days. Something like one Substack article, one email, and three Instagram reels a week. Whatever it is, make it specific and trackable. How to think about it This isn't about having a perfect plan. It's about finding something that works for you and that you can stick to. What you create today won't pay off tomorrow. Think of it like planting seeds: you plant in one season and harvest in the next. Your job right now is to get good at planting, over and over. What's next Don't give up, and don't put too much pressure on yourself. Find an approach that works and take it one step at a time.
21/21 THE NEXT STEP
I like this. Concrete, actionable, real. I have such clarity from last week's call - I have yet to execute. I''m scheduling a content creation afternoon every Monday, starting today. My aim is to create three pieces of content and schedule them; that covers my content for the week. Plus to write one article/blog per week as well. (This will happen at a different time, more spontaneously, but also weekly.) That article may get repurposed the following Monday in Content Creation. This feels very doable, and exciting as well. Thanks for all the support and help on all of this, Dane. So excited to take it all to the next level.
20/21 SYSTEMS INTEGRATION MEDITATION
This meditation invites you to see yourself as a collection of systems, habits and patterns, and to recognise that you get to choose which ones you build. How to use it Set aside a few quiet minutes, close your eyes, and follow along with the audio or video rather than reading this as a script. Let the breath lead. If you get overwhelmed at any point during your day, come back to the mantra it ends on: I only need to take the next step. What's next Notice what patterns or habits you want to start repeating, since repetition is what turns a single step into a system. Share in the comments what came up for you.
20/21 SYSTEMS INTEGRATION MEDITATION
Hmmm... I loved that. I liked the orientation- coming in and down and out in that way, and the reminder to focus on surrendering to the next step. Thank you.
