After working with Jessica I have seen really massive improvements in my general health, my weight and how I feel. I commenced the program in March and since then my inflammatory markers have decreased to normal and my blood work is almost perfect! My psoriasis has disappeared completely, arthritis significantly improved, I’ve lost weight and have a much smaller waist! I love that this program is really heavily backed by scientific research, it’s super easy to follow and sustainable ✅✅✅
