Amazing inspiration!
"Staff Sergeant Travis Mills was a month and a half into his third deployment to Afghanistan when he set his pack down on a pressure-plate IED and woke up a quadruple amputee on his 25th birthday. Travis shares how he stopped asking "why," learned to walk again for his infant daughter, and built a foundation that has now served tens of thousands of veterans and their families. Travis explains why your situation never gets to dictate your attitude." @Nakisha Gregory His story of the person who came alongside him early on in his journey and was a huge influence and turning point reminds me of the amazing work that you are doing here and with veterans.

❦ Your value isn't something you prove. It's something you honor.
For a long time, I believed my value depended on what I accomplished or how others responded to me. I've learned that's not where confidence is built. Real confidence begins the moment you honor what you already carry. Your gifts don't become valuable because someone else notices them. They have value because God placed them in you for a purpose. 💭 Today's Challenge: Take a moment to write down one strength you've been overlooking and choose one way to honor it today. Don't wait for permission. Don't wait for applause. Keep growing, Champion. The way you see yourself shapes the way you lead, serve, and show up in the world. Own Your Story. Shift the Energy. Command the Room. 🦚

This is SO true!
⚖️ Character Creates Credibility
A strong relationship isn't built by how often you communicate. It's built by how well your behaviors align with your intentions. Within my Building Business Bonds framework, I call this Behavioral Alignment. Behavioral Alignment happens when your daily actions consistently reflect the values you claim to lead by. People don't just listen to your leadership. They compare your words to your patterns. Ask yourself... 🎯 Do your priorities match your calendar? People believe what you consistently make time for. ⚖️ Do your standards apply to everyone—including yourself? Integrity begins with consistency. 🤝 Do your behaviors reflect the culture you hope to create? Culture is modeled before it's managed. 🌱 Do people experience the same leader on difficult days as they do on easy ones? Character is revealed through consistency, not convenience. Leadership becomes credible when values and behaviors move in the same direction. That's where trust grows. That's where relationships deepen. That's The Behavior Behind the Bond. 💬 Question for you: What's one leadership behavior that immediately tells you someone's actions truly match their values? I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments. If you're ready to strengthen trust through relationship-centered leadership, join me inside the Building Business Bonds classroom in the Confidence On Command Lab, where we explore practical frameworks for confidence, communication, trust, and lasting influence.

This is a powerful conversation! Thank you! For me it's when someone is able to be honest about their mistakes and take ownership in the midst of chalkenges.

@Nakisha Gregory you're welcome. Powerful questions!
❦ I honor others without shrinking myself.
One of the greatest lessons I've learned is that confident leaders don't just celebrate milestones... they celebrate people. Talent may open doors, but gratitude builds lasting relationships. I've learned that honoring someone else's contribution doesn't take away from my own. In fact, it strengthens the kind of leader I'm becoming. Today's challenge is simple: Reach out to someone who has made a difference in your journey. Thank them sincerely. Let them know their impact mattered. Confidence isn't just about what we achieve. It's also about how we make others feel along the way. I'm proud of you, Champion. Keep growing, keep leading, and keep building meaningful relationships. Own Your Story. Shift the Energy. Command the Room. 🦚

Thank you for this reminder! Celebrating others strengthens us.
❦🦚The foundation we're building today will support the leader you're becoming tomorrow.
As we've journeyed through the first ten days together, I hope you're beginning to see that this is about so much more than daily motivation. We're building a framework. We're developing a leadership language. We're creating confidence habits that can be practiced, taught, and lived every single day. Every lesson builds on the one before it, because lasting confidence isn't random. It's intentional. So if you've missed a day, don't quit. Go back. Reflect. Keep growing. This journey isn't about perfection. It's about becoming. One lesson at a time. One intentional decision at a time. One confident leader at a time.

Thank you so much this is great being sick this week has met I haven't been here every day and my courageous step I actually took it before I saw this I posted in a community that has potentially multiple people who are ideal clients of mine. I posted about my week was open and it was more personal and so I was going for visibility it was the same post that I posted in my community and I have held back from posting in that one. And I'm meeting with the owner of that community next week
