I'm on a mission to help people create a life they love. And this morning, walking on the beach with my pup, I realised I'd finally started living mine. Let me tell you how I got here, because it happened by accident. When I ran the 7am Challenge, I had to show up ready and polished to serve you all at 7. Three mornings in a row, my whole routine had to bend to fit it. And the moment I did it, I noticed something. I got way more done. So I thought, why don't I just keep this up? I committed to going live four times a week. Then on the Wednesday I realised, wait, that's my beach-walk morning, and I wasn't willing to give that up. So I dropped a day. Then I noticed there was no time left to take my pup for a walk, because by 7am I was already showered, dressed, makeup done, sitting there live, and then the to-do-lists just kept on piling up. And that's when it hit me. I don't just want to build a life I get to tick off a list. I want to build a life I love. So I asked myself the question I think we're all afraid to ask. What is it I actually love? And why can't I change the status quo and do things in the way that actually suits me? That's exactly what came out of our coffee chat last week. I thought, why not combine my live with my walk with my pup? So this morning I did. And I had over 800 views, real engagement, real questions, all while doing something I genuinely love. Here's what I want you to take from this. So often we force ourselves into someone else's version of how it's "supposed" to be done, and then wonder why it feels heavy. But you're allowed to design it around your life, not the other way around. Sometimes you just have to think outside the box. Be bold. Be different. And be you. That's the whole thing. Not a life that looks right. A life that feels like yours. What are you doing this week to create a life you LOVE?
