🎥 Webinar Replay is up (72 hours only)
I wasn't going to post a replay for this one. But.. too many people asked, so here it is. Up for 72 hours and then it's gone. 577 people joined the webinar at some point, and we went an hour over because the questions kept coming. 👉 Watch the replay here Questions in the comments and my team and I get to them.

How I've Leveled UP in 20 Days 📈.... and Got a Flame 🔥
I became a member of this community in November and have really got a lot of value out of the Classroom Course Modules and remembering to ✅ the ones I completed to stay on track. I think one of the best Modules has been "Business Advise" that UNLOCKS at Level 2. How did I get access? How did I Level UP to Level 2? By simply searching the community with KEYWORDS for answers to my questions in the search bar at the top. I was able to find post where people where answering those exact questions. I LIKED 👍 the ones that helped me and asked for clarification in the Comments💬 to make sure I understood correctly..... Not only did I learn faster, but I also connected with other people who are on the same journey. I'd like to share a quote: "If you want to go fast go alone, if you want to go far go together." -Burkina Faso We can all help each other in this Community accomplish each of our goals in 2025. I encourage you to try out what I described above and let me know how it goes for you below in the Comments 👇

amazing
A small list isn't your problem. Emailing it once is.
Stop burning leads after one no reply. They're not uninterested, they're just not in pain yet. Someone in the community this week had a tiny TAM. Broward area, general contractors, maybe 10,000 to 20,000 total between Jupiter and Key West. He wanted to know how you get real ROI out of cold email when your list is that small. Here's the mistake almost everybody makes with a list like that. We email someone once. They don't reply. We decide they're not interested and we move on to fresh names. That's one of the biggest fallacies in cold email. The person you emailed probably doesn't need you right now. They're busy. They're not in pain in that exact moment. That's why they didn't respond. It doesn't mean they'll never need you. So if your TAM is small, don't spend a ton of money trying to build some massive infrastructure to blast fresh names all day. Send cheap. And squeeze the list you already have. Email those same contractors every 30 to 60 days. Hit them 4 to 5 times across different sequences over the year. Even if you don't convert them, you're planting your name and number for when the pain does show up. Then go omni-channel with it. Most GCs carry the phone number that's listed publicly, so call them too. If your list is small enough, add a handwritten letter into the mix. We actually do this for the some campaigns. Every positive reply gets a real handwritten letter, manila envelope, custom welcome message we write with an AI prompt. Costs us about two bucks a letter. One thing though. Don't spray letters to your whole list right out of the gate, that gets expensive fast for no reason. Save it for people who've already shown some kind of signal, even a soft maybe-not-now reply. That's when the personal touch is worth the money. And if you're comfortable with automation, you can build most of this without hiring anyone. N8N for the workflow, Eleven Labs for AI voicemail drops, Drop Cowboy to send them. Small TAM isn't the problem. Emailing it once and walking away is.
