We’re nearly done! My sons (age 18 and 19) and I built this! We are adding a flagstone floor inside and stone walkway outside. We’ll plant a flower garden around it. There will also be a potting bench and shelves in the space in the center back. I’m so happy with how it came out!

My son and I are making progress on the Daffodil. The weather has been really hot so we have been working short days. The inside walls of the beds were a little challenging for us novices but I’m happy with how it’s coming along. 😊 We made a couple of modifications as you may notice in the photos. We left a clearing in the center back where I’ll put a potting bench and some shelves. The bench will have some storage underneath. We also made the caps on the inside of the bed 6 inches wide (instead of 4) so a person could sit or have more space to set tools while gardening.

Step 1 of daffodil build is complete! My son and I plan to start building this week! I’ve been planning this for nearly two years. I’m incredibly happy to I have it under way! Stay tuned….

Has anyone built the Daffodil raised garden bed structure? Was looking for pointers before I begin.
