After discovering Helmut and his healing story via YouTube , I started utilizing the allow method to heal. The community added a layer of additional support to encourage and inspire each other along the way! After years of being in toxic and misleading groups, it’s such a breath of fresh air to finally land in the right place. We laugh & have fun but also honor all of the difficulties and carry each other through!
