I feel so fortunate to have found Rooted Alchemy when I did. It has made such a difference to my health and my life. I have Fibromyalgia and these arts have helped so much with reduced pain and better balance and my muscles are getting stronger day by day.
Sonny's teaching is first class and he keeps the students' interest and motivation going with the pre - and during - practice talks.
The support from the admins and other members is fabulous.
