Hunger or Thirst?
Quick check in with you. Our body can mix up the hunger and thirst signal. SOOOOOO....... Next time you have cravings, want to nibble on something, just have a glass of water and wait for 10 minutes. If the hunger is still there - you need food. If the hunger disappears, you just needed hydration. Have you ever noticed this happening to you?
Hunger or Thirst?
I know I need to remember this, I can forget to drinks and can feel it as hunger.
@Ahmy Brock cheers
Hemps Seeds - Why I Recommend
Have you tried hemp seeds? They have a lovely mild, slightly nutty flavour and are one of those little foods I love adding to meals because they pack quite a bit of nutrition into a small amount (also very easy to use). Why are hemp seeds so good for us? • Omega-3 fats – important for brain and heart health, and can help support a healthy inflammatory balance in the body. • Plant-based iron – many people don't realise hemp seeds naturally contain iron, which is needed for healthy red blood cells and energy production. • Zinc – important for immune function, as well as healthy hair, skin and nails. • Fibre – helps support healthy digestion and keeping things regular. • Plant-based protein – hemp seeds provide a good amount of protein, making them a handy addition to a nutrient-dense meal. Premium members: I've put together a Hemp Seed Recipe Collection with smoothies, overnight oats and nutrient-dense snacks. The recipes aren't just about hemp seeds. They're designed to show you how you can combine lots of useful foods in one meal, so you're naturally ticking off plenty of nutritional boxes without having to overthink it. Hemps Seeds - Why I Recommend
I love to use hemp seeds as a source of plant based clean protein, soooooooo........ I often add them to my smoothies. But I know there are so many other ways of using them too, like incorporating it into snacks. I feel like I should mix things up for myself too. I keep telling it to my members and clients and sometimes forget about myself hahaa
@Ahmy Brock let me know what you think about it. The texture, the flavour etc. it is probably my most favourite seed :)

Stillness...
Something I often have to remind women of is that you don’t need to feel guilty for sitting down and doing nothing. Especially when your body is already dealing with health issues. We are constantly stimulated. Our phones are nearby, messages are coming through, people can reach us at any moment, there’s noise around us and there always seems to be something we should be doing. So actually sitting down and purposefully doing nothing is quite a unique thing these days. The quiet. The stillness. The lack of stimulation. Sometimes that is exactly the space your body needs to settle and allow healing to happen. So don’t underestimate those moments where you’re doing… absolutely nothing. How comfortable are you with stillness, and do you notice a difference in how your body feels when you give yourself more of it?

@Deb Parsonage
@Kristine Fotland and that is perfect, no quilt moment that is yours :)
Your Omega-3 Challenge
Let’s take another step further and try something a little different this week. The idea is to bring in more variety of anti- inflammatory foods and get in a habit of using them. Remeber, we can not eat all the good foods in one day or even in one week so thats why rotating is important. I want you to try a new omega-3 rich food. Maybe there’s one on this list you haven’t eaten for ages, or perhaps one you’ve never tried at all. Omega-3 food list: Fish & seafood - Sardines - Salmon - Mackerel - Herring - Anchovies - Trout - Oysters - Mussels Plant foods - Chia seeds - Ground flaxseeds - Hemp seeds - Walnuts - Flaxseed oil - Seaweed Your challenge is simple: pick ONE and give it a go a few times this week. It could be sardines on cracker/salad, walnuts added to breakfast, chia seeds in your smoothie, or some ground flaxseed sprinkled over your meal. Then come back and tell me: What new omega-3 food did you try?
Your Omega-3 Challenge
@Danielle Thompson I have started to dance in my own home more, whenever I remember and feel like it, such a lift for the day :)
@Reti Roomus and sometimes I put it on the air fried sweet potato or pumpkin, and goes down well too, just can't be too social after eating it :)
