TRT Clinic Recommendations Open to Higher Optimal Ranges
Hey everyone, I'm a 66-year-old male living in East Texas, currently in pretty good shape and on testosterone replacement therapy. I recently watched a video by Dr. Vincent where he recommended optimizing total testosterone to an average above 1,500 ng/dL, or even dosing up to 2,000 ng/dL. I’ve never heard of providers targeting levels that high. In fact, my current doctors get concerned whenever my bloodwork comes back around 1,200 ng/dL and tell me it's too much. Unsurprisingly, no local provider I know will prescribe a protocol to reach those higher numbers. Does anyone have recommendations for telemedicine clinics or specific providers who are well-versed in advanced hormone optimization and open to managing protocols in these higher ranges? Thanks in advance. Are you experiencing any specific side effects at your current 1,200 ng/dL level, or are you primarily looking to adjust your protocol based on the video's recommendations?

I would really appreciate that. You feel like being at that level is optimal for you? No side-effects? What are you doing for hair loss. (If you need to). I've been researching a lot, but really have gotten no where as of yet.

Good info. Just looked up Nandralone and saw it helped with kidney function. My kidney markers are slightly off, so that may help. I'll look more into it. Thanks for sharing Louis. Really appreciated!
