Reta
If one was taking tirz and wanted to switch to Reta. Where would be a good starting point? They are taking 7.5 tirz.

When I converted over I started Reta at 1mg a week while I started titrating down from the 12.5 triz.

@Tranquilla Trentini TY for checking in. I'm doing well. The most important things i learned have been: Don't chase the highest dose Be patient start slow and find the effective lowest dose Stool softeners are my friend
