This is the biggest update we’ve made to Sync. The room is now always on, so you can breathe together with people around the world, anytime. I’ve always wanted Sync to feel like a global consciousness network that anyone could plug into, from anywhere, at any time. A place to breathe together and create a global field of coherence. This release is a step toward that vision. Here’s what’s new: Sync anytime: You no longer have to wait for a scheduled Sync. Open the room and tap Sync to start breathing together. 📻 Coherence Radio: Four musical stations tuned to 432 Hz, with synchronized playback so everyone hears the same music at the same time. 🌍 Explore the Earth: By popular request, you can now pinch, zoom, and tap the green location dots on the 3D Earth to see who else is syncing, including people in your own city. Since we launched Sync in August 2025, more than 2,300 people across 55 countries have joined us, sharing over 82,000 minutes of collective coherence. Nick and I are so grateful for your support and feedback. Everything we build comes back to our mission: helping people relax, de-stress, and feel better while raising collective consciousness. 🌎 I’m excited for you to experience it. Every breath echoes in eternity. Today we had 187 people synchronized with their minds, hearts, bodies, and intentions. This powerful pulse we sent out today may have rippled like a wave to someone who was about to take their life, or about to run through a red light, or about to say something negative....but perhaps.... When we regulate ourselves we co-regulte those around us. That is our mission at Coherence. To become coherent within ourselves so we can spread coherent loving energy to others. Today, all of you just did that. And if you missed the sync, don't stress, there will be more. See how you can spread love today, make someone smile, make someone laugh. Show them what greatness looks like. On a quantum level there is no separation, we're all connected. So when you sent out love today it had a real effect on the nervous system of earth. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for joining us in this mission ❤️ Random number generators have shown that when people meditate together theres an electromagnetic shift in the quantum field, even if the meditators are all over the world. Without going into details, we are beginning to measure the Coherence Communities global impact through these Daily Syncs and Sync Events. This is a cultural phenomenon and we're just getting started. WE LOVE YOU ALL -- The Coherence Team

Hey guys! Tomorrow at 10:00 AM ET, we’re coming together for another live global Equinox Sync. The equinox marks the point when day and night are nearly equal, a natural moment of balance before the season shifts. We’ll breathe together live and see how many people we can get synchronized around the world at once. September 22 · 10:00 AM ET 9:00 AM CT · 7:00 AM PT Join in the Coherence app, or join free on the web: coherencebreath.com/sync See you there 🌍

Everyone reading this is a heart centered individual who wants to do good in the world and help people. The problem is we spend so much time on our own nervous systems, that we neglect the business systems that allow us to thrive. I want you all to have access to the information that will help you build your dream business and find freedom. So I took the most important modules from my Coherent Creator program and made them free. You can find it in the "Classroom" section. This free course is the foundation of the full Coherent Creator program, which you can explore here if you want 12 live monthly calls with Coherent Coaches to supercharge your path to financial freedom. Here at Coherence we are in the business of breathing, but we are also in the business of helping millions of people break the chains and become financially free, so that we can spread prosperity to those who need it most. I'm very excited to unlock this for you, it has everything you need to make money helping people in your unique way. You deserve to be extremely wealthy, so that you can help others.
