GROW-SOME-BALLS MONDAY
Alright, Monday. No easing in. We're ripping off the band-aid and diving headfirst into the uncomfortable truths that actually grow empires. Your comfort zone is where dreams go to die. There's a truth you know about your business, a hard reality, an inconvenient fact that you've been avoiding. Maybe it's that your offer isn't truly premium. Maybe it's that you need to fire a client. Maybe it's that you're hiding behind "perfectionism." Today, you're delivering that truth bomb to yourself, and then, you're taking immediate action. 1. State the Truth Bomb: What's the hard truth you've been avoiding? 2. Identify the "Why": Why have you been avoiding it? (Be honest, no excuses.) 3. The Grow-Some-Balls Action: What's the very first, most uncomfortable step you're committing to take today to confront that truth? This isn't a pep talk. This is an extraction. Drop your truth bomb and your immediate action. Let’s Grow Some Balls and build something real.

@Beth Robins Hiring a speaker agent and going after bigger stages sounds like more than a first step! Love that you’ve named where you want to go and how you’re going after it.

@Beth Robins That makes perfect sense! Cold outreach is a job all by itself.
They Were Working You Against Yourself 🥴
Your environment is the problem. 😤 Not your offers. Not your mindset. Not your strategy. The people around you. The programs you've been in. The coaches who handed you their blueprint and called it a business plan. They didn't just give you bad advice. They rewired the way you think. 💥 And now you're so deep inside their framework that you can't even hear your own voice anymore. You don't know what's yours and what's theirs. You don't know what you actually want versus what you've been conditioned to want. That's not a coincidence. That's the trap. 😤 The only way out is to physically remove yourself from it. New environment. New energy. New thinking. 🔥 Seven days in Punta Cana to strip all of it away and get back to the one thing that was always going to make you profitable. You. 👑 September 20–26. Punta Cana. 🌊 What's one belief about your business that you're not sure is actually yours? 👇 Apply here 👉 https://lucrativeasfuck.com/

@Natalie Williams I’m with you. I can spend so much time figuring out the “right” way to say something that I never actually say it.

@Kimberly Bachmeier Anderson Well, being compared to Nate Bargatze just made my day! Thank you. I needed that reminder that I can show up as myself without turning up the volume.
🚫 NOT-YOUR-BITCH FRIDAY
Imagine your calendar is a party, and an "uninvited guest" (a recurring task, meeting, or person that drains you) is showing up. What's one uninvited guest you're kicking out of your weekly schedule starting today? Name it, claim your space.

@Kimberly Bachmeier Anderson The air squats! 😂I get it! But yes—if we’re already looking for something else to do during the call, maybe that’s a clue we could’ve said no in the first place.

@Kimberly Bachmeier Anderson Now that's a brilliant idea! I love it!
🏆 WINNING! WEDNESDAY
Think about a win this week that might not show up on your P&L, but profoundly impacted your freedom, your focus, or your future trajectory. - Did you successfully defend a boundary? - Did you delegate a task you used to dread? - Did you make a hard decision that simplified your path? - Did you finally articulate your true value to someone who needed to hear it? This is about recognizing the strategic, internal victories that pave the way for external empire building. What's your "Silent Victory" this week, and how does it make you feel more in control of your legacy? Declare it below.

I submitted my city business license application this week. Not glamorous, and definitely not a P&L moment, but it’s one more piece in place for the business I’m building. After navigating that application, I’m counting it as a win. Bureaucracy is not for the faint of heart.

@Beth Robins “Now I’m hosting the damn room!” That line alone deserves a celebration. Love that you’re reaching out knowing you belong there.
🤹 HOT-MESS-EXPRESS TUESDAY
Welcome back to the Hot-Mess Express, where sometimes it feels like you're riding a unicycle made of spaghetti. But here’s the thing: acknowledging the chaos is the first step to owning it, then orchestrating it. We’re all a little messy behind the scenes. But sometimes, that messiness fuels creativity, resilience, and unique solutions. Think about a time recently where something in your business felt like an absolute disaster – a project went sideways, a client was difficult, a launch bombed. But out of that chaos, you either: 1. Pulled off a save that made you feel like a goddamn genius. 2. Learned a lesson so profound it changed your entire approach. 3. Discovered a new strength or system you didn’t know you had. Tell me about your "Messy Masterpiece." What was the chaotic situation, and what unexpected, badass outcome or insight did you extract from it? Let's hear how you turn a hot mess into pure gold.

Mine still feels like more of a mess than a masterpiece. But I’m realizing how much energy I can spend trying to get everything just right before I let anyone see it. At some point, preparation becomes a very convincing way to hide. That realization is uncomfortable, but useful.
